Becky and Luke have an amazing place! It is brand-new and spotlessly clean. They've thought of everything that a guest may want: comfortable sofa and bed, well-equipped kitchen, modern bath with soaps and shampoo and so many little extras throughout the place such as extra towels, gift cookies, lots of coffee and tea and blankets to cover yourself while watching a movie, to name a few. There's an outside deck that's private and a hot tub too. They obviously put a lot of thought into creating this little oasis and their pride of ownership shows at every turn. This place is a gem for singles or couples and feels like a luxury retreat. Highly recommend this stay! Many Thanks!

We had a great 3-night stay at Bonnie and Dave's place. We enjoyed the peaceful rural setting, the hot tub, and the outdoor fire pit. Bonnie and Dave even let us put up our tent in front of the Airbnb, so that my husband and son could have a bit of a "camping" experience--something our son had wanted to do all summer. The kitchen was well-equipped for making family meals, and we appreciated Bonnie's freshly baked muffins, eggs, and other food she left for us. The location of the Airbnb worked well for a fun day trip to Salt Spring Island via the Crofton ferry, being only a 15-20 minute drive from Crofton, and it was only about a 40-minute drive from the Kinsol Trestle section of the Cowichan Valley Trail, which we enjoyed biking along. Bonnie, Dave, and their dog, Sawyer, were away during our stay, so we didn't get to meet them on this visit, but they were always prompt, helpful, and friendly with all their communications. Beautiful place in a beautiful setting. This was our second time staying at Anna's place and we loved it both times. Sooke and the surrounding area are gorgeous. The only issue we had was unrelated to Anna's place and we would gladly return. Construction traffic in Sooke is a major problem, especially for such a small town. We got stuck in 2.5 hour traffic back up that caused us to miss our ferry (this is not an exaggeration). You may want to keep this in mind if you need to catch the ferry.

The Seaflow home was so peaceful and secluded. Our family of four absolutely loves this property and enjoyed the nearby outdoor recreation opportunities. Julie’s surrounding area recommendations were awesome. Julie and her team were quick to respond to our questions and provided clear and concise instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our family getaway at Robyn’s place! It had everything we needed and the property feels like a private retreat. We look forward to coming back!

Terry's place was absolutely fabulous! Exactly as described, very clean and spacious with lots to do (hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pool table)! I appreciated the dedicated workspace in the home which was perfect for those of us who work when we travel. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of small appliances and things to get you started when you first get there. Terry was a kind host who accommodated us with an early check in and great communication while we were there. We would love to come back next year, and absolutely recommend Terry and his place to all guests looking for a peaceful spot with lots to do, and beautiful surroundings! Thanks Terry for being a super host and for sharing your beautiful home with us.

What a beautiful place. I didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect from the outside to the inside. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to book here. I will definitely be back.

It's a lovely cottage that provides everything you need. Especially the spa area is just breathtaking. It's located in a quite, lovely area and a good spot to discover the whole Cowichan Valley from Victoria up to Nanaimo and Lake Cowichan (highly recommended for hikes and don't miss the elks at Youbou :), although it's recommended to have a car to explore the area. All in all fully recommendable. Thanks Matt for having us.

Very clean, great communication and we really loved the extra touches throughout the space. Lots of extra items that you may need throughout your stay. Very easy check-in! Was private and would be great in the summer with the nice big deck. Space wouldn’t be ideal for some. We were a group of five mid thirties women that luckily have been best friends since childhood. If you aren’t close with your party and all adults, I’d pick a different space. The only bathroom is off the only real bedroom. The upstairs open loft is the 2nd sleeping area and the two single beds are hard. Price does reflect this.

We always enjoy staying at Shannon's as her place feels like home to us. Shannon is friendly, prompt in her communication and her place is supplied with everything for a comfortable family stay. We always look forward to her generous and thoughtful breakfast basket! The short walk to the beach is a special part of our vacation too. Thank you, Shannon, for being a valued host.

Nice old refurbished farm, very charming. Very well equiped. BBQ on the porch, marshmallows on the outside fireplace, coffee in the garden and breakfast in the kitchen : a place for each moment.

Mark and his property were both amazing. The cottage itself was nestled away but still close to everything you would need. Mark was responsive and easy to communicate with during the entire stay. Will most definitely be back!

We stayed late March for a bit of spring break and the a lovely time. There was no one staying at the main cottage or the campground so we had the entire property to ourselves. It was very peaceful. The property is beautifully maintained with lots of space to explore. The seals were out everyday. Just a couple minutes drive form the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

This won’t be surprising because it’s been said in every review. This place is amazing. To have an acre and a half of private, oceanfront property is rare. We loved everything. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine listening to the waves come in was sublime. Corinne is for sure the quickest, friendliest, most generous host I’ve encountered through Airbnb. Bathrooms had great water pressure. When we had a little downtime, the TV was big and fantastic. The hikes around the area are just top notch. What people haven’t mentioned though is Corinne doesn’t have a lengthy ‘clean to do list’ for when you leave. I also think people are walking away from Airbnb’s due to price gouging. This place is crazy reasonable and I will come again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This cabin was so dreamy! On our drive in, we spotted a beautiful gray fox and a few deer. The forest surrounding the cabin is just beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. I thought I wouldn’t like to walk to the bath house, but honestly I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s only a short walk, and it gives you multiple chances to spot wildlife. The bath house is clean and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed the French press coffee and slow mornings reading in the cabin

Great short term rental for us. Gave us the driveway to park, well appointed suite with all the necessities, bed was top shelf, very comfy-slept in both mornings! Ill stay here again if available.

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

Peter's place was perfect for our three nights on Galiano with our dogs. The house was comfortable and the view was exceptional! We had perfect weather to enjoy the patio and veranda, and it was a great base from which to explore the island. The location on Montague Harbour provided ready access to the Provincial park and we also travelled to several other locations for hikes and beach adventures. Larry welcomed us when we arrived and was available to answer questions as needed. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Galiano.

Seven of us stayed a week and we didn't want to leave. We will definitely try to stay here again. The house was perfect on a quiet street steps away from the fantastic Cook Street Village. It was about a 20 min walk to downtown but the loveliest walk as we often went through the park seeing peacocks and deer. The beds were very comfortable and the first floor was such a wonderful space to hang out with lots of seating for all of us and we actually ended up cooking quite a bit because the kitchen was so well equipped. Drew was also the friendliest host we've ever had on an Airbnb as well. I highly recommend this house!

Stayed here for a weekend to visit friends, great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Super comfortable bed! Loved the patio and the indoor fireplace.

We loved our stay here and would be happy to return! Very close to stores and restaurants while still feeling far enough away to be peaceful. The space was perfect for our family of 3 and we were able to have a quaint lunch playdate with our friend's and their kiddo and have my son's grandma come visit. Our host was very responsive and helpful every step of the way and we loved the included amenities and cozy place to call home for the week.
