We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and quiet, great location. Hosts were helpful and provided a few complimentary items which were thoughtful! We would stay again.

Cozy private space in a safe and nice neighbourhood, close to a trail to walk the dog. Stay can be a bit on the noisier side with the highway on the other side of the bushes but did not bother us too much.

Perfect family-friendly place, central to enjoy Butchart and Butterfly gardens and also quick to downtown and Sannich. Right on the biking trail that takes you all over the island.

Very spacious and comfortable! nice outside area with lovely birds singing. Easily accessible and lots of amenities. I would stay here again :)

I have only great things to say about this Home away from Home! It's located in a very peaceful quiet neighborhood with boastful big trees and even a walking path into nature. I can't recomment this place enough for any family to stay at. The home was clean with an aroma of freshness when you walk in. I will be definitely returning to this place the next time I stay in beautiful Vancouver Island! Thanks again!!

Joanne created a delightfully warm and perfect space for our weekend in Victoria! We appreciated the cozy beds, complete kitchen, laundry and quick access to downtown and beautiful parks. Joanne and her family were gracious and welcoming and we thank them for sharing their property with us! Highly recommend.

We stayed for a few days and the place was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well equipped, definitely one of the best air b&b kitchens we have encountered in a small suite. It is very close to the swimming pool and playgrounds which was great for our two year old. It was also furnished in a kid friendly way which was great!

We really enjoyed our brief stay, everything looked just like the photos, the host was really kind, we were greeted on arrival and shown around the property. The property was beautiful, we loved having access to the outdoor spa and a gym. It's great for a peaceful stay, enjoying the outdoors and trails. The only thing to keep in mind, its about 20 minute drive to the main "downtown" area. I would definitely recommend as a nice getaway.

We had a great stay at Roman’s. The place was really comfortable, spacious, and the beds were super relaxing. Good location, not far from Victoria, and easy to find with the host’s helpful instructions.

A hidden gem by a lovely lake. The place is quite and peaceful surrounded by beautiful nature. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Highly recommended!

I loved my 3 night stay at Marina's. It was exactly what was needed for my work trip. Conveniently located - easy to get to lots of places around the Saanich Peninsula. The suite is really lovely, well equipped for a brief stay. The bed and bed linens were especially awesome and comfy.

This was a perfect place. It is so relaxing, the views amazing and the suite so well stocked. They are very thoughtful hosts who care about their guests. I loved snuggling by the fire and watching the morning bay activity while sipping on coffee. So cozy and so comfortable. Will definitely hope to make this our home away from home whenever we need to be in the region. Great home base for exploring the south end of the island.

Michelle’s place was just as described; very cozy and cute. The outdoor space was beautiful. Our only complaint was the loft gets very warm at nighttime.

We loved our stay here and our time in Metchosin. We highly recommend. Very comfortable and clean.

We have stayed here several times and we keep returning whenever we are in town and it is available. The location is ideal across the street from Cadboro Bay beach. Grocery store is walking distance. The suite is comfortable, clean, and the hosts are excellent. I feel right at home and I can cook, and there is a full size fridge available. My daughter and her partner live nearby, and we are able to have them over for visits and supper. We are able to park our car on the driveway. This visit we were not able to use the outdoor space due to cool weather, but we have enjoyed that in the past. We had a personal request prior to our visit, and we are so happy that it was fulfilled by our hosts. We ended up staying an extra 4 nights due to a medical emergency, and we were so happy that it was available and we could remain in the suite.

The sweet suite was just what I needed! Quiet, cozy, and close to everything.

Stayed here 2 years ago and came back because we liked it so much. Amazing Airbnb, clean and modern yet quiet and homely. Their home had everything you needed to cook and get on with your daily routine. Peaceful parks and trails around, and the friendly neighbourhood cat always came to visit us. If you’re looking for an affordable and wonderful stay, this is the one!

Really quiet and very comfy beds. Slept so well. Easy to get about by car but I also did some running in the local trails right by house and walked to nearest stores which were 22 mins away by foot. Really enjoyed our stay and view was great!

We stayed at Kim’s place with 3 young kids and let me tell you it was exactly what we needed in a space for a trip to the island! So kid friendly and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Our sons loved the foosball and air hockey table and all the books and toys. There is just so much room to spread out. Everything was fantastic! Thanks so much Kim and family!
