Very clean and well equipped apartment in short walking distance to the old town of Tropea and to the beach. The highlight is the terrace with an incomparable sea view, on a clear day you can see the Stromboli volcano and the sundown is fantastic.

We loved our stay! We will 100% stay here again when we come to visit family. The apartment was very clean- the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and had a lovely balcony and view! The location is perfect- we would wake up everyday and walk right across the street to the beach. Beatrice was a great host- very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with anything!

Truly beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the strait of Messina. The interior is very modern and has all you could wish for, washingmashine etc. The sorroundings are very quiet and at night you can only hear the waves from the ocean if you keep the door to the balcony open. A beautiful beach at the easternmost point of sicily is 3 minutes away by foot, restaurants and shops are all in a 5 minute raidius. The communication with Irene is extremly friendliy and welcoming! All in all its a must stay if you are planning so overnight in that region and i really recommend it! I will definitly come back asap!!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, direkt am Meer mit Fels/steinküste, dadurch hat das Meer immer ein schönes Türkis und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Parken auf dem eingezäuntem Grundstück und der Pool - der sehr groß ist- macht den Aufenthalt perfekt, auch dass draußen noch Tische zum Essen sind.. und natürlich die Außendusche… TOP Von hieraus kann man viele Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Vermieter auch sehr nett… auch sein 92 jähriger Vater und sein Bruder… sehr herzlich Vielen Dank

Sono stato per 3 notti nell'appartamento di Carè ed è stato un soggiorno perfetto. A partire dall'accoglienza della signora Patrizia che ci ha consentito di recarci all'appartamento con anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in indicato. L'appartamento inoltre è molto fornito, consentendo di portare davvero solo il necessario. La posizione è ottima, praticamente fronte spiaggia e con ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni, inoltre è presente un supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. Se dovessi di nuovo andare a Soverato sceglierò senz'altro ancora l'alloggio di Carè.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer super Lage direkt am Meer. Traumhaft! Quirico hat sehr schnell und nett geantwortet. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen, gerne wieder!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

Die Wohnung von Adriano überwältigt schon durch ihre Lage: Blick vom Schlafzimmer aus auf die isola madre, wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick zum Ende der beiden Strände hin und aufs Meer hinaus, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge...Manchmal mussten wir uns richtig losreissen, um ins Städtchen oder an den Strand zu gehen. In der Wohnung hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Adriano war supernett: da unser Zug grosse Verspätung hatte, holte er uns direkt an der statione ab und trug mir den schweren Koffer zur Wohnung hinab. Auch sonst erhielt ich sofort Antwort, wenn ich Fragen hatte und er buchte das Taxi für uns. Wir können die Wohnung und Adrianos Freundlichkeit nur empfehlen!

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Ottima esperienza. Manuela è stata sempre disponibile, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Casa provvista di qualsiasi prodotto per la pulizia da utilizzare durante il soggiorno. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene, come se fossimo a casa. Consigliatissimo. 100/100

Stunning views couldn’t have asked for a better location in Tropea well worth the money no comparison we have stayed in other B & B’s in Tropea but this will be the one to come back to no question, special thank to Lydia you were so lovely from when we first enquired then booking it and appreciated you be flexible (adding an additional night on for us) and do helpful!

Casa da poco ristrutturata, ottimamente accessoriata. Tante le attenzioni, dal trovare in casa vari generi alimentari, prodotti per la cura della persona e per l'uso della cucina, alla disponibilità quotidiana della proprietaria Federica nel soddisfare ogni necessità. La casa è di fronte ad un mare trasparente, in spiaggia si riesce ad avere buoni spazi anche in agosto, il parcheggio in strada è facile da trovare.

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda, quasi adiacente al lago. Bar, supermercati e ristoranti, si trovano a poca distanza dalla struttura e facilmente raggiungibili. Il sig. Luigi è una persona molto disponibile. Appartamento comodo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Si consiglia il soggiorno.

Muy comodo alojamiento, no solo por su ubicación (a minutos del centro histórico) sino también por sus espacios e instalaciones. Excelente recibimiento de parte del anfitrión! muy educado, amable y predispuesto para que nosotros estemos bien. Excelente experiencia

Una casa accogliente e piena di luce, dotata di spazi autonomi e un terrazzino abitabile dove tornare a respirare nel silenzio e prendere il sole. Un letto perfetto dove fare pace con le insonnie cittadine... È stato davvero piacevole trascorrere 5 giorni tra lavoro da remoto e relax in questo appartamenti che giorno dopo giorno diventava un po' casa mia. Difficile andarsene.

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
