The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower, equipped kitchen, bedroom with A/C and heating, with double bed and wardrobe and a cozy living room. There is a terrace with table and chairs and there are sunbeds available. Adjacent to the terrace, there is a screened garden. There is WiFi, TV (TV-Vlaanderen) and music system.

Probably the best development in Vera and the best apartment in the development. Renovated in 2022. Spectacular Panoramic Views Tomorrow's sun. Equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. Fiber. Bathroom rooms with shower plates instead of a bathtub and with windows that provide freshness in summer (you will use the air conditioning little). Very cozy terrace. Elevator. 2 outdoor pools and another heated deck with spa in Autumn/Winter. Tennis, Paddle, Paddle, Gardens, Covered Parking.

In the area there are several nice restaurants / beach clubs, sports center and towns and markets to visit.

The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

Take the whole family to this fantastic home that has plenty of room to have fun. You can also share it with your friends and enjoy the magnificent pool a few meters from the terrace, you just have to open the door to step on the parade and soak. The nudist beach, with its varied offer of chiringuitos and bars is just 200 m away. Don't forget that you will be in a naturist residential where the practice of nudism is mandatory.
