I stayed at Rita’s lovely guest home for 6 weeks when I first moved to LA. It was the perfect spot to land — cozy, homey, and beautiful. Her garden is spectacular and was a peaceful spot to unwind at the end of the day. Rita was so kind and made me feel right at home. The street parking was easy — there was usually a spot right on the street in front of the house and the few times there wasn’t there was one within a block or two. The location is absolutely fantastic! Walkable to the canals, the beach, and shops. I absolutely recommend staying with Rita, whether it be a quick trip or a longer stay!

Great location only few blocks from the beach. The condo is rather quiet and there is no late night noise coming from the main street where all the restaurants are located. However it just takes few minutes to walk to get in the middle of everything. The condo was nice and clean and everything looked fresh. Toiletries, dishes and all necessary kitchen equipment were available and in excellent condition. Parking space in a garage is a big plus as well.

Great location, 2 blocks from the beach, Muscle Beach, the boardwalk! Probably don't eat on the boardwalk, it's worse than amusement park food AND takes longer! One vendor even overcharged my card by about $50 and "couldn't refund it". But, back to the BNB, clean and cozy. Lots of beach goers walking on the street. They didn't bother us, we didn't bother them! Surprisingly quiet for the location! We didn't notice any late/wild parties going on. We rented for 2 months and I would definitely do another long-term stay here!
