Great stay at Ricardo's apartment. It was just as described - cozy and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. Ricardo even shared with local food to try which was awesome. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this listing to others. Good value for the price!

Cosy place. Very quiet, good mattress - I slept fine. Friendly hosts - you can feel comfortable. Good point for stay in Goa. but it would be a little better to install a mosquito net.

Amazing place. The place looks exactly like in the images. It truly feels like home. When compared to other places which only offer a stove and cooker as kitchenware, this place has everything one needs for a fully functional kitchen. The location is peaceful - away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Overall a 10/10 in every aspect

I stayed at Illoosh's property at Villa Tina in Siolim for a little over a month. It was an excellent experience on all counts - the apartment is beautifully maintained and very well provided with everything needed for a long stay, from spare linens and towels to cutlery, kitchen appliances, cleaning products, and so on. Illoosh and her daughter Malika were also kind enough to stock the fridge with some provisions before I arrived so that I didn't immediately have to head out to a market. They were also extremely helpful on every possible count, from getting in touch with someone to help with cooking and cleaning to WiFi support when needed. The appliances and utilities at the apartment are also in excellent condition, and it is very conveniently located in terms of local markets, taxi services and so on. My only regret, quite honestly, is that the trip came to an end. 10/10, would highly recommend to everyone.
