We have Wi-Fi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but without an oven. Air conditioning. A separate bathroom on the same floor and heated floors throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be shared or independent at the discretion of each guest. A balcony with beautiful views and a backyard.

Sofia was great! My mum stayed for over a week at her place and she was more than pleased during her stay. Sofia was a great host and even took my mum to a few touristic places in 'La Manga' and was really helpful in general. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for a private room.

Everything is very good, the house is very nice and clean. Carmen and her husband very cozy and nice. Very willing to facilitate the stay and resolve any issues, they brought us a microwave that we needed and they came as soon as we called them to resolve an issue we had with the wifi. We were very pleased. We will definitely be back.

Very nice house. Close to the sea. A small path that runs along a fairway allows you to reach the beach in less than 2 minutes. There you come across a beautiful beach that is very uncrowded. The water is clear and warm and it feels good to be quiet. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples with 2 or 3 children. I think it's a bit more complicated for 8 people (adults) as advertised. But it is possible. Quiet terrace and relaxing atmosphere. The house is located at the end of the Manga. To find the most interesting food shops, do not hesitate to leave the Manga. For extra groceries you can find everything a few minutes away by car or bike. Olga is very nice and available. However, the language barrier is a constraint. No French (no problem) but no Spanish and no English. Interaction is done with the translation by phone, which is long and approximate. But we're getting away with it We had a great vacation

A heavenly place.. of charm. We went as a couple to look for relaxation and quiet and did not need to go out to anything. Pedro was attentive by phone every moment, anything we needed to answer right away. Of course, to be repeated.

A sunlit terrace is furnished with a parasol and wooden seating. Potted plants, including cacti, are arranged around the space. A dining table is set with a tablecloth, inviting relaxation and outdoor meals. The clear sky enhances the vibrant ambiance of the terrace.

Nice cosy house in the middle of the old town, 7 mins walking to the Postiguet beach. Impressive terrace with panoramic view on he city, the sea and the mountain. We like to cook for ourselves and we had to do laundry and it was well equipped to do so. Great host who was not only helpful with the reservation but also helped us getting around the city. We loved the experience!

Our stay was amazing we loved it. (2 adults and a 2 year old) I had written a long review but it will not let me publish it so I will have to keep it more brief Amazing points about the annex • Sophie • The s (very welcoming and couldn’t have been any more helpful) • The pool • Air con • Blackout shutters/blinds • Shower • Towels • Beds and Pillow • Lots of items provided so you don’t need to bring (tooth paste, shampoo, body wash - just ask if you aren’t sure) • Roof terrace • Location • Little square of restaurants seconds from the property • Amenities (supermarket) very close Happy compromise. There is no kitchen. The fridge was small but we were kindly offered the use of the fridge in the cellar and the freezer in the main house. If you aren’t too bothered by this or you plan to eat out a lot it’s perfect. There is a lovely little square of restaurants almost seconds from the property so eating out isn’t a problem. We loved every second of our stay and hope to be back!
