Magnificent right by the sea - with the city close

A modern, well-planned and well-equipped house (from 2021) on two floors (38 sqm) with the sea outside. Magical views through generous south-facing windows. Large terrace with roof and barbecue. Consistent natural materials in a stripped-down Nordic style that blurs the boundary between outside and inside. The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

Small house, great sea view!

Stay in our nice little house, close to big city with idyllic archipelago feel. Here you live high and secluded, magnificent views of the Stockholm inlet with boats & cruise ships. The house is older but charming. Hilly area, car is recommended. Patio facing the water, here is a small grass area with playhouse & trampoline for children. In the area there is a swimming area, nature, grocery store, bus in the city center 2 km. Enjoy the sounds of boat traffic around the corner of the house & magical sunsets once the sun is out. Welcome!

Cozy home with sea view 20 min from Stockholm

Winter-occupied summer cottage with sea view in scenic area of Mörtnäs with proximity to shopping. A charming house built in the 1920s of 48 sqm. Two small bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dining area and fireplace, bathroom with water toilet, shower and washing machine. In total there are 5 beds. The house is located on the landlord's 3000 sqm property with south facing where you see the sunrise over the sea bay. With about 100 m to the area's own sandy beach and bathing jetty you have bathrobe distance to a swim in the sea!

Sea cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Additionally, two newly built guesthouses offer two beds each and private sun decks. Air conditioning is available in all buildings.

High up on a cliff this cottage offers sweeping views of the Baltic Sea to the front and a magical forest in your backgarden. Blueberry and lingon bushes are everywhere for those of you who'd like to harvest your own breakfast from nature. The cottage was built in the 1940s and, although it has been continuously renovated to keep up with modern standards, it retains a cosy old world charm with an open fire and original windows. The space is bright and has plenty of light throughout the day.

Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
