Experience Beautiful Stockholm With A Local Guide

We'll visit one of the largest and best-preserved medieval city centers in Europe: Stockholm's Gamla Stan (Old Town). This is where it all started, back in the year 1252. You'll learn about our most important kings—their names are easy to remember—and hear the quirky details about the current royal family. Then we'll unearth one of the best-kept secrets in the city. We'll check out the scene of Stockholm's bloodiest massacre, where over 80 people were executed, and touch a thousand-year-old Viking runestone. You'll walk along the narrowest street of this amazing city and learn why it's a tourist magnet—and I'll also tell you a secret that most people do not know at all. Lastly, we'll admire the beautiful architecture of this unique place and enjoy the experience. At the end I can provide a huge list of recommended activities with restaurants, bars or just ideas what to do after we are done with our walk through the old town. Most importantly, we will do this no matter what kind of weather awaits us—rain or shine, as they say—because I can protect you from even the most severe conditions. Private photoshoot in iconic spots

Great private experience for solo travellers, couples or family/friends together! We will meet at the iconic Stockholm center. We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. I won't force you to pose but I will rather be with you to capture natural and candid shots. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. You will get between 20-40 professionally and high quality edited photos of your experience within 48-96 hours via Pixieset. This is a private experience, I will be photographing you and your companions alone! This experience is set for one or two people if you book one guest, but if you are a group of three or more you can book the group option (it will say it is one guest but it includes your companions). Stockholm Bike Discovery Tour

Hi! We meet up at the bike shop on Kungsholmen a short walk from Central Station. On each tour, we will cycle on bike paths through the very heart of Stockholm and visit: Kungsholmen, Riddarholmen, Gamla Stan, Skeppsholmen, Östermalm, and time permitting Djurgarden. I will show you key historical sites, and my favorite hidden places, and share Stockholm’s history. We'll ask questions! Which Swedish king found 14 "Semlas" a bit too much and why? Which famous woman helped introduce the potato/vodka to Sweden? Who invented the zipper? A Swede of course! My tour brings not only a unique perspective but, will help you save time and money by identifying areas of interest that speak to you and you can return to later. On our return back into the heart of the city, we wind our way through the posh Östermalm neighborhood. I'll show you a shortcut from Gamlastan-Old Town to the city's busiest pedestrian street as well as point out Parliament, the Royal Opera and more. This tour is designed as an easy biking tour offering unique insight into Swedish culture. The tour will always be led by myself. I offer this tour in English, Spanish and French. Other things to note My groups are small, never more than 8 people. This is an easy-paced bike tour. Helmets can be rented at the bike shop. Tips are appreciated by guides in Sweden!

Half day kayaking with fika in Stockholm Archipelago

Join our tour to discover archipelago by kayak. Escape the big city and enjoy wonderful seaside landscapes, only 40 minutes by bus from Stockholm. We meet in kayak center in Resarö (close to Vaxholm). After safety briefing we can jump into kayaks and paddle into the wild of archipelago. We'll adjust the route depending on the weather, especially wind direction and participants kayaking skills. We will paddle in the very heart of Stockholm Archipelago and will show you some of our favourite places and hidden gems. On the one hand, just right next to kayak center there is amazing Bogesundslandets Nature Reserve with outstanding nature and plenty of wildlife! On the other hand there is a lively island Vaxholm which is known as a capital of archipelago. In the middle of the trip we will look for nice place to land for a break. We'll end the trip after about 3 hours in the same place where we started. Trip is beginners friendly although normal physical condition is required. We are happy to share some basic kayaking knowledge! More advanced paddlers are welcome as well!

Sunset Kayaking Stockholm-City

As the sun sets over the horizon, you paddle along the waters and pass charming bridges and colourful buildings. The tour is perfect for beginners and novice paddlers. You will be provided with safety and paddle introductions before departure. We use tandem kayaks by default, which are more stable, but single kayaks (previous experience required) are also available upon request. The tour takes you through some of Stockholm's most beautiful and historic neighbourhoods, including Langholmen, Södermalm, Gamla Stan, Kungsholmen, and Lila Essingen. During the tour, we'll take a traditional Swedish Fika break, featuring organic ingredients. It's the perfect time to relax, refuel, and chat with your fellow paddlers. Kayak tour and Traditional sauna in Stockholm Archipelago

A great combination of a kayaking tour and relax in sauna. Truly unique and unforgettable scandinavian adventure! Experience outstanding nature in the heart of Stockholm Archipelago. We meet in kayak center in Resarö (close to Vaxholm). First we will help you to adjust your kayak. Then after short safety briefing we jump into kayaks and paddle into the wild of archipelago. After kayaking that it's time for retreat! We will enjoy typical Swedish 'fika' with coffee and snacks followed by sauna relax session to warm our bodies and refresh in Baltic sea. Trip is beginners friendly although normal physical condition is required. We are happy to share some basic kayaking knowledge! More advanced paddlers are welcome as well! We will offer instruction on how to develop your paddling skills. We use mainly double sea kayaks (single kayaks are available for experienced paddlers). Doubles are incredibly stable and are great for those who are nervous or if you just want to share the paddling. The tour is available all year around. Between October and April we provide drysuit to keep you warm and dry. For more please check our winter kayak tour. Sauna is no gender separated and might be shared with other tour participants. I will welcome you in my home and we´ll get introduced to each other and the rest of the company if theres several guests, I only have smaller groups to get to know each other and for every one to get the chance to get to know the swedish culture. You will have an insight in Swedish life and a typically Swedish house and of course EAT as many home baked cakes, cookies and buns as you like. This is an experience beyond all typical tourist things and a way of getting to know a native Swedish family in a home close to City and also near green areas. All my experiences are very appreciated among guests because it´s authentic and we love to welcome all Guests will enjoy a nice variety of Nordic bakery that will include typically Swedish ingredients, plenty of cakes with Swedish grown flours. Swedish Baking class with Swedes AT HOME

I will welcome you in my home so not only you get a chance to meet the Swedish culture at home from a swede but also you get to know the ingredients and it’s origin and what we will make from it. I will present the traditional Swedish baking and give you the chance to make for exemple Cinnamon buns and Cardamom buns. This is a hands-on-experience where you do the baking and of course I will instruct you step by step. Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. Cinnamon and Cardamon buns are the base. I will introduce you into the whole process of making supergood buns and to conclude we take a coffee or Thea and eat some of what we have made. Ultimate photoshoot in Stockholm

We will walk and shoot in and around the beautiful area of Gamla Stan and Riddarholmen/ Stadshuset (depending on the time and lighting).
