A great house with everything you need in a great location. The island is fantastically beautiful and offers many possibilities. Within walking distance of a small supermarket is a nice bonus. Our stay at the cabin was really cozy and comfortable. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was really friendly, responsive and proactive for letting us plan ahead in uncertain weather. Most importantly, We got lucky to be able to see northern lights from right outside cabin. I had a mágicas month stay at this cabin. There was lots of snow and wildlife and northern lights more than 10 times. Such a beautiful and quiet place to unwind. I didn’t rent a car, and as long as you plan well you can just use the bus to get in and out of tromso (very limited weekend service though). I hope to return in the summer to have another great, but very different, experience in this beautiful slice of Norway.
