Condo vacation rentals in Valencian Community

We look back on a super nice 10 day stay in Calp. This is most definitely due to the lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment of Patricia and Veronica. Fully equipped. We were well received and shown the way in the apartment. Patricia kept us updated on the activities in Calp during the holidays. And with a question from our side, a quick and clear response back. When you exit the main entrance and turn left you are after 100m on a lovely clean beach. In the immediate vicinity a supermarket and cafe Seamos where you can go for a top coffee and lunch. In short, Patricia and Veronica's apartment is definitely recommended!

A comfortable apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the city skyline. A well-maintained pool is available. Quiet and quiet area. The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Great communication with your host.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

We spent almost 6 weeks in this apartment and had a great time! The apartment had everything for our long stay. Additional pluses: desk and terrace. Ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle but still a short walk from the beach and city center. And the green hill with the castle at the end of the street! Wonderful to walk in the evening and enjoy the view. Teresa helped us super well. She responds quickly and it is very nice to communicate with her. We would definitely go again!

Our stay in Lidia's apartment was great. The enclosure where it is located is very quiet and the pool is great (you can be in it until twelve at night). Lidia has been a very good host and promptly resolves any questions you may have. To put a pero, missing utensils in the kitchen. It's a topic that other users have commented on. But in general it is a very recommended stay to rest but close to the beach and the town center.

Very well equipped apartment with very good quality furniture and kitchen equipment. The geographical position of the rental is great view of the sea and very close to the walk.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

A very good direct welcome from Antonio accompanied by an appreciated aperitif. Full accommodation (kitchen and bathroom supplies are an example of the kind) very clean with the beach and shops accessible in a few minutes while having direct access to the Valencia road without forgetting public transport We would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

We had an amazing time staying here, the apartment is well set up, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooftop was our favourite space to spend time. Manuel was very helpful and had everything set up for our arrival with a baby. We loved our stay and would happily return.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. The apartment is as seen in the photos, everything is perfect and the best without hesitation on the terrace,with those views and that tranquility to spend a few days of rest is ideal. The pool is beautiful,the cryos have passed it d maravilla. The complex in general very well cared for and with total safety. William and Miguel Angel's treatment was fantastic,we had a small accident as soon as we arrived and were super attentive with us and quickly resolved it. So in general, everything is great. We would repeat without hesitation!!!
