Vacation rentals with beach access in Utrecht

Very nice apartment in a very peaceful area. Two bedrooms with big twin beds and private parking spot. Carmen, who handled the practicalities was very polite and quick to answer our questions. The apartment is far from public transport and grocery stores etc. so you need your own car.

Small is beautiful! Appartement might be small, but well thought out. I loved being able to sit outside looking at the river. surroundings are quiet and the locals very friendly - same for Bianca who was an excellent host, approachable yet never interfering, helpful and kind, even doing wash for me. Although I had no problems with it myself, I would say the place is not advisable for small children or elderly people due to the quirky staircase to the bedroom.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Everything is clean and tidy. The communication was very good. Always quick answers and super friendly. Glad to come back :)

It was really a great pleasure to stay there. The hosts were very friendly and we felt immediately like at home. Very beautiful surroundings directly near the lake. The apartment was big and very clean. A great view was opened from the balcony. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to distract from big city life and spend wonderful time in the Netherlands

We were 4 women to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday and this apartment was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful view, quiet surroundings, a hot tub (great for relaxing) and by car all major attractions such as Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam can be reached in 30 minutes! In addition, Stephan was always very friendly and helpful, he even helped us rent a boat! :) Thank you well! It was just perfect and I am very happy to recommend it!!

An exceptional accommodation surrounded by nature. The place is very refreshing and quiet. Everything is organized so that you feel at home! Marlieke takes care of her hosts: upon arrival the fridge was filled with fruit, juice, butter, jam, milk, fresh eggs as well as bread. A few spices, oil, and coffee complete the assortment. Not to mention ice cream for children! The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and bath towels are provided. The beds are already ready and remarkably clean like the rest of the house by the way. Marlieke is always available if needed even if everything is organized in order to be self-sufficient (tours to do, nearby shops, transportation, restaurants etc.). We highly recommend this place where we will come back without hesitation! A big thank you to Marlieke and her family.

Anneke's place is very cozy and big enough for a family. She is very welcoming and always there when you need her. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Ahmed was a very friendly host, extremely helpful and accommodating. In his house you can just feel comfortable. Everything is very clean and tidy. You have everything you need and find it quickly. The decor is very tasteful with a lot of love for small details. We will be happy to come back to Ahmed's.

We were able to spend wonderful quiet days. The instructions worked out great for the "ferry" to get to the house. The contact was always quick and informative, we felt well taken care of.

A fantastic spacious family home , beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, situated in a lovely quiet area. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant, a 2 minute walk from the front door. Supermarket also very close by. Ruud & Annemieke were very quick to respond when we had a couple of queries. Would definitely recommend this home.

I needed a reasonably priced get away and a place outside the busy city to stay while I adventured around Amsterdam. A bus stop was right by the house that made transportation super easy. I felt at home every night I stayed during my two weeks in the Netherlands. The local area is beautiful and really gives you the full experience of day to day life. The restaurants near by were really delicious. I spent a lot of days just resting and relaxing in the home and it was far more spacious than I could have imagined. The location, the atmosphere, the space, and the town all made for the perfect first time experience in the Netherlands. I wish I could have stayed longer.
