Vacation rentals with beach access in Utrecht

Very nice apartment in a very peaceful area. Two bedrooms with big twin beds and private parking spot. Carmen, who handled the practicalities was very polite and quick to answer our questions. The apartment is far from public transport and grocery stores etc. so you need your own car.

Small is beautiful! Appartement might be small, but well thought out. I loved being able to sit outside looking at the river. surroundings are quiet and the locals very friendly - same for Bianca who was an excellent host, approachable yet never interfering, helpful and kind, even doing wash for me. Although I had no problems with it myself, I would say the place is not advisable for small children or elderly people due to the quirky staircase to the bedroom.

Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Immer schnelle Antworten und super freundlich. Gerne wieder :)

It was really a great pleasure to stay there. The hosts were very friendly and we felt immediately like at home. Very beautiful surroundings directly near the lake. The apartment was big and very clean. A great view was opened from the balcony. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who wants to distract from big city life and spend wonderful time in the Netherlands

Der check in war sehr einfach. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns sogar abgeholt und zum Bahnhof gebracht. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und Sauber. Alles da was man braucht und der Ort ist auch sehr schön.

Wir waren 4 Frauen um den 60 Geburtstag von meiner Mutter zu feiern und dieses Appartement war genau das, was wir gesucht haben! Wunderschöner Ausblick, ruhige Umgebung, einen Whirlpool (super zum entspannen) und mit dem Auto sind alle grossen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans und Amsterdam in 30 Minuten erreichbar! Zudem war Stephan immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat uns sogar geholfen ein Böötli zu mieten! :) Thank you well! Es war einfach perfekt und ich kann es sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!!

Un logement exceptionnel au milieu de la nature. L’endroit est très ressourçant et calme. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que l’on se sente à la maison! Marlieke prend soin de ses hôtes: à l’arrivée le réfrigérateur était rempli de fruits, de jus de fruits, de beurre, de confiture, de lait, d’œufs frais ainsi que du pain. Quelques épices, huile et café complètent l’assortiment. Sans oublier les glaces pour les enfants! La salle de bains comporte une douche et une baignoire et les linges de bain sont fournis. Les lits sont déjà prêts et d’une propreté remarquable comme le reste de la maison d’ailleurs. Marlieke est toujours disponible si besoin même si tout est organisé afin d’être autonome (visites à faire, magasins à proximité, transports, restaurants etc). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Un grand merci à Marlieke et sa famille.

Anneke's place is very cozy and big enough for a family. She is very welcoming and always there when you need her. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Ahmed war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. In seinem Haus kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat alles was man braucht und findet es schnell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe für kleine Details. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Ahmed.

Super séjour! La maison est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Elle est bien décorée, propre et bien équipée, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Il est possible de prendre le train pour Amsterdam qui est à 20min ce qui est très pratique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci !

wir konnten wunderbare ruhige Tage verbringen. Die Anleitungen haben super geklappt für die "Fähre" um zum Haus zu gelangen. Der Kontakt war stets schnell und informativ, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

A fantastic spacious family home , beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, situated in a lovely quiet area. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant, a 2 minute walk from the front door. Supermarket also very close by. Ruud & Annemieke were very quick to respond when we had a couple of queries. Would definitely recommend this home.

I had an absolutely incredible stay! The hosts were amazing—thoughtful, kind, and always making sure everything was perfect. The home was spotless, comfortable, and so welcoming. The kitchen was a dream to use, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every little detail showed how much care and attention they put into making guests feel at home. I needed a reasonably priced get away and a place outside the busy city to stay while I adventured around Amsterdam. A bus stop was right by the house that made transportation super easy. I felt at home every night I stayed during my two weeks in the Netherlands. The local area is beautiful and really gives you the full experience of day to day life. The restaurants near by were really delicious. I spent a lot of days just resting and relaxing in the home and it was far more spacious than I could have imagined. The location, the atmosphere, the space, and the town all made for the perfect first time experience in the Netherlands. I wish I could have stayed longer.
