Incredibly beautiful place in Utrecht, very kind and considerate host! Will most definitely be looking for this place to be available again next summer!

Our family had an absolutely delightful (extended) stay at Nathalie’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the cozy fireplace. It was such a treat to relax by the fire with a drink after a long day. Our host provided a perfect check-in experience, greeting us personally and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home from the start. The neighborhood is wonderful, with quaint shops, cafes, and the city center within walking distance. Communication with our host was excellent throughout our stay. Nathalie’s is very responsive to questions and provides great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations.

It’s a comfortable house in a nice neighborhood conveniently located to a tram stop. It’s well stocked up with supplies and we had a good stay there.

Mascha’s place was the perfect home for my family, very clean, spacious, and tidy. We were really happy with all the space and the well-described facilities. We absolutely loved Joep the cat, so friendly and he made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

We spent a great week at Vera's. It's a comfortable and interesting house in a vibrant area. Vera is considerate; there's plenty of good local information. Utrecht is a great city, lots to do. We had some great walks and cycling is easy and safe. The railway station is close and there are plenty of easy connections to nearby towns and cities

I spent a week with my family in Isis' apartment. The apartment is well-kept, tastefully furnished and with all comforts. The neighborhood is close to the center but away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by greenery. The two bikes provided were very helpful. Utrecht, among other things, is a beautiful city and strategic for visiting all of the Netherlands. In Isis' apartment we felt at home, we too live in a green area near the center of a beautiful city, and it allowed us to savor the Dutch way of life. I highly recommend it!

Was one of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. Our family of 5 stayed at Bas and Astrid's home for 3 nights, we felt right at home - everything was perfect and clean. The house is beautiful and of course we enjoyed the company of cat George, he is so friendly and cute. The bus station was very close and made it convenient to get to Amsterdam City central. Thank you so much we hope to be back one day!

Stayed about 3 weeks - Danike and Mark very helpful and always available. Two buses (77 and 4) within 7min walk to get to city and Centraal. Supermarket, chemist, nice restaurant and lovely bakery with good coffee about 10-15 mins walk of the unit. Quiet neighbourhood. Would reccommend.

We loved staying at Donate and her family’s house. It was so comfortable, in a great location easy to get around. Our daughter loved the craft area, back garden with swing and the cute bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, we really appreciated the full washer and dryer and it was a great space for us as a family traveling and needing a comfortable home base!

We had a wonderful time at William and Christa property. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Christa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front yard and backyard garden and peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We were a family of four, came by car for a weekend. Great place to stay for sightseeing around (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Giethoorn, Zandaam...). Good sleep, quiet place, the house itself is great and Maurits&Femke were very nice and gentle hosts, although we haven't met in person. Liked the most the music on Sonos music system (lounge mix). Pitty we didn't have time to see places right next to the house (pancake-caffe, Soestdijk Palace..) recomended by Maurits&Femke. All in all, warm recommandations.

We had a wonderful time at Garreld's place in Utrecht! The house is in a very nice and friendly neighborhood within walking distance (or an easy bus ride) to the city center. The house was very clean, has wonderful amenities and is extremely suitable for young families...it was probably the most family friendly place we've ever stayed in. We traveled with our two kids (4 and 1 year old) and we had a fantastic experience...Garreld & family have been very generous in sharing their toys & baby equipment etc which made for a very smooth stay. Communication ahead of and during the booking was very efficient. Overall we would highly recommend this location to anyone considering staying here.

We had a great time at this place that perfectly matched our expectations. The house is very clean, well appointed, and ideally located for discovering the surroundings. The instructions were clear and detailed, which made check-in and checkout very simple thanks to the lockbox. It felt like home from the first few minutes! Thank you for the quality of the accommodation. We'll be back with great pleasure!

He had a wonderful 5 days of stay, along with family. Wonderful experience. - the house was huuge and spacious. Big living, dining, full kitchen, service area and a toilet in the ground floor, 2 good sized bedrooms a bathroom/ toilet on the first and a huge 3rd bedroom in the 2nd floor - the house was Squeeky clean, well equipped, 5-mins from the nearest bus stop - all furnishings were comfortable. - we were able to travel to Amsterdam Central in 45 mins using 1 bus and a tram. - Bae was very friendly and very responsive Totally recommend and would definitely return during another visit to Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It is a very quiet neighbourhood and it was easy to get to the city centre with the bikes. The communication with Luc Was also super easy and friendly :)

We had a great and relaxing time with Ute and her dear dog Juni 🐾 After a long drive, we were surprised by Ute with a delicious dinner, thank you again for that! We were also allowed to use her SUP board. We chose this place because of its proximity to Amsterdam. The place is very idyllic and quiet; We would always prefer it to the center! Super location - Super room - Super host 🥰

I would Highly recommend everyone going to Utrecht to pick this spot. I have been to a few air b&bs but this one stands out as the best. The house is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and Pleuni & Tom were so kind and generous in there messages before arrival and even left me a little note and a bowl of snacks to wish me luck in a tournament that I had previously mentioned I was playing in. The house itself was beautiful and was pristine when we arrived and usually pictures can be deceiving and the place isn’t as nice as it looks on the pictures but this home was the opposite. It was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. All this combined with the fact that it is only a 15/20 min walk to the centre of the city and the train station makes this the ideal place to stay. Would recommend to everyone and I hope to be back. We had a lovely stay at Mariella's family home as a party of 6 (family of 4 with young children and 2 grandparents). We had good contact with Mariella beforehand and were touched to find a welcome note too. The house was well equipped with everything you would need from washing machine to cooking utensils. The rooms were all very clean and spacious with comfy beds.   The garden was lovely for the children - with various toys and activities. We enjoyed feeding the fish and rabbit as part of our stay.  Houten is a quiet neighbourhood with really easy access to Utrecht - the station is a short walk away.  It was ideal for the trip we had in mind. We were able to explore locally by bike too, thanks to Mariella going above and beyond to source a baby seat for our youngest child - this was so generous and throughly enjoyed! We really enjoyed staying at Mariella's beautiful home - it was a lovely way to experience the Netherlands for a short break.
