The house is located in a devine neighborhood near to a hindu temple. When you wake up and sit on the balcony you can feel the kovil vibes. The whole apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with new and high-quality furniture. The kitchen is big and has everything needed to cook dinner for a whole family. The scenery from the balcony is surreal. You are surrounded by palm, papaya, banana, and many other trees. There is also a rooftop floor that is large, but empty. So full potential of that rooftop floor has not been exploited, but it's still nice to hang out there after the sun has set. All-in-all great value for money.

Earnest's house is fantastic. It has everything you need, and more. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of utensils to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable, it's quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. The lounge and TV are a bonus, as is the washing machine. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. We also appreciated the water dispenser. The 786 bus stops outside the gate, and heads into central Jaffna in around 20mins. We recommend this place.
