Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Urbania

This accommodation is a little paradise, with a great welcome from Giordano, Massimo's dad, who gave us some great tips for sightseeing and offered us good wine. We had everything we needed for breakfast. Too bad, we didn't meet Massimo because we were away during his visit. Very nice house, well-equipped, good bedding, and great panorama.

The house and yard were very beautiful! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the country, this is the place to go. The place doesn't have a whole lot of modern conveniences. it feels more old fashioned which was exactly what I wanted for our trip to Italy:)

There are no words for how beautiful and unique Deborah's place is. I feel so lucky to have found this gem in beautiful Tuscany. The 2 nights my husband and I spent there were wonderful. After vising 3 major cities, it was so nice to spend time in a small, quiet town. The views we experienced here are second to none. If you want to disconnect from everyone and everything, this is the place for you. This place is unique and there are a lot of stairs (a spiral staircase) so keep that in mind if you're considering booking. We hope to come back one day.

Does it get any better?? The answer is no… no it doesn’t. If you want to sit back, relax with a glass of vino looking at arguably the best view your mind can imagine…. Then this is the place for you. Close to all the historic sites around the old city, step behind the walls and step back in time. There are great sites and museums all super close to the apartment. A good host can make all the difference, Stefano is one of the best.. helpful instructions, always responsive and even made a booking for dinner for us which was just perfect. Can I give more than 5 stars…. Because I would Highly recommended.

The view and atmosphere of this residence is magical. I'd recommend it every time. Spotless, clean and in a great location. Super close to the bus stop and even has parking for those who drive. My only hiccup is that the entry instructions were not provided until a couple hours a head of time (as opposed to the promised 24 hours in advance) It made us a little nervous, but alas it all worked out. Once Maria responded, she was on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

We would have loved to speak more Italian, but next time! Carmine and Gioia's hospitality was perfect. Discreet, but so friendly despite our stumbling Italian! The two dogs, their charming welcome, their discretion, their speed of response, their kindness… we thank them warmly for their welcome. The accommodation was perfect, clean, modern and very conveniently located. We highly recommend it! Sophie and Marc-André!

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

An oasis I the already peaceful, beautiful city of Assisi. Alessandra’s place is an artistic gem, thoughtfully designed, comfortable , and had everything we needed. The treats helped us get started, and everything was easy. Plus, the expansive patio offers a wonderful view of the valley below. We will surely return here on our next visit.

Everything was great! The apartment was very clean, quiet, and bright. The best location for getting to know the idyllic village of Sestino better. Sarah, I'll be back!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable host. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one stays hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the foosball table, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Even before we arrived we felt just like home. Flavio prepared a GDrive with answers to every single question we could have thought of. The place was great, the view was amazing and overall an amazing place to spend the holliday- where I proposed to my girlfriend. Be ready to make some fantastic memories if you decide to stay here.

If you are seeking a bit of Tuscan heaven... this might be the place for you!  The family owners are caring, thoughtful & engaging.  They are proud to share this family built & adored home with guests from all over the world.  It is bright, clean & full of charm.  It is as much a retreat as the setting it sits in.  We felt right at home among the beautiful olive trees, bird songs & children at play.  Casa Bonari is a place to return to again & again for respite, joy & simplicity. It is sweetly etched upon our hearts.

Bettina’s appartement was excellent. The room is very cosy and nice and well equipped. Beds were lovely. Bettina and Max were super kind and helpful. The house is located inna wonderful spot in the hills and nature. Would definitely return to this gorgeous place.

I wanted to visit the area to continue my interest in following the 'Piero della Francesca trail' . It is an ideal location to visit the surrounding towns such as Sansepolcro and Monterchi but Citta di Castello is a very interesting place in itself. The flat was beautifully presented and as many have already said the parking and the terrace made it as close to perfect as can be. The weather allowed me to enjoy my breakfast on the terrace every morning. Within 10 minutes walk of the flat there is the River Tiber Trail which runs alongside the river for about 20 km and is worth a visit.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Marian and the team were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The views were stunning, and the peacefulness of the surrounding farm made it the perfect escape. Our room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials. The location is ideal—great for exploring Tuscany, but also perfect if you’re looking to stay in and enjoy a slower day. Luca made the food experience both fun and relaxing. The on-site meals were some of the best we had during our time in Tuscany. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. They went out of their way to help us coordinate travel plans, which was especially appreciated since we were unfamiliar with the area. I hope to return someday, and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends heading to the area.

Maria’s place was spectacular! Every amenity you could imagine was in the place. It was set up so nice and neat. The decor was amazing. I had to convince my wife to leave to continue our trip with the promise that we’d come back and stay at Maria’s place again one day. Ha For tall people watch your head walking down into the apartment. Other than that inside was great.

We were in town for the Imola Grand Prix (Forza Ferrari!) and this location was very easy to access the train station. The kitchen was very well stocked with the essential tools for making a great meal. We had very lucky weather and sitting on the patio at night was such a treat. Rimini was very charming and the beach was a modest walk but worth it. Thank you to Raffaella for being a great host and we hope to visit again.

Amazing place! Beautiful apartment with an incredible balcony overlooking the hillside and the sea. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Federico’s place.
