Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Uptown/Carrollton, New Orleans

Location was excellent and property was great - bedrooms are small but plenty of rooms and bathrooms!

Beautiful place, the aesthetics were wonderful. The only thing i felt should have been advised was how steep the stairs were. I stayed in the pool house and found the stairs very questionable. No incidents but not very drunk friendly. Otherwise a wonderful stay. The grounds keeper was phenomenal, and just the vibes from this place was unlike any other. Id definitely book again.

The place was absolutely amazing. I like to stay at the house I pick even when out of town , I don't have to just go, go, go, and this is the house to do it. Plenty of space to have people with you and still find a spot to be on your own. It's close enough to walk to the French Quarter and far enough away from all the noise to be able to work or study if you need. There are so many wonderful things to look at on the walls and the assortment of books to go through is just mind blowing. The kitchen is a dream, the beds are super comfy, and the house is just so inviting and homey. I will definitely try to make it back there and some point, and will recommend the house to anyone I know heading to NOLA. Thank you so much, Jedi, for opening up your place to us.

This place was better than I had expected it to be. Devon was a great host. The bed was comfortable. The backyard garden was a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city.

Had a really nice stay here! Smelled really nice every time we walked inside, they gave us all the things we needed, close to French quarter. Only thing I’d have to complain about is the train by the air bnb, I’m a light sleeper and it was super loud at night, other than that everything else was great!

I was beyond pleased with my experience. Patricia was an incredible host. Communication was top notch. She was concerned about every aspect of my stay and checked in frequently. The little bungalow is ADORABLE. Close to everything! The airport, my son's home in St. Rose, and also downtown New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to access, and the neighborhood felt safe and was, most importantly for me, quiet. I was worried about staying in a hotel during Mardi Gras because of the noise. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay. The value was honestly far better than staying at a hotel. I loved the peaceful outdoor space out back. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully done. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. I won't hesitate to book again for my next visit. Already planning on it. Thank you for a great stay and I'll look forward to the next one!

Juana is a great host. The photos don't give this place justice. Beautiful architecture, The outdoor space is a great hangout. Very large interior space, the bedrooms are separated and gives you privacy. The coffee bar and gift basket were a great addition. Highly recommend!

My friends told me it's the best Air Bnb they've ever stayed at in their life! It was the most enchanting, art curated, high end vintage, magical house ever! Bea was a fantastic host!

Dimitri was VERY friendly and always responsive. The place was spotless and artistically decorated. The bedroom has an excellent mattress and even the big dog was a sweetheart. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Dimitri. He thought of everything to make the guests comfortable. He even provides water, fruits and even goodies. The location was a bit out of the way but transit is near and you can catch a Uber with no problem and you can be anywhere in the center in about 15 to 20 minutes. I would recommended Dimitri's place with no hesitation.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Donald's place is not a home: it's a MUSEUM! If you want to experience what New Orleans probably felt like back in the day, this is the place to be! A truly immersive experience, just what I was looking for. Additionally, Donald is very responsive and helpful. Everything was clear and easy, the place was clean, and you're right in the heart of the French Quarter. At this price, you can't beat it! And one last thing, Donald also provides a long list of things to do in New Orleans, along with video links to help you understand the city's history before your arrival. In some cases, he even shares his favorite spots, making the experience more personal and unique. Don't hesitate to book his place if it's available!
