The Cottage is spotless & generously stocked with everything you need. Great water pressure in the shower & the mattress hugs you. Morning coffee with long horn cattle was so relaxing. We loved everything & cant wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Our family was taking our 5 year old to Dutch Wonderland and Heidi's home was only a short drive away - and away from the traffic and crowds near Dutch Wonderland. We were able to eat at local restaurants that Heid recommended and they were excellent!

I booked here for two reasons: 1) my toddler loves farms, farm animals, and farm equipment, and 2) I was thrilled with the idea of watching farm animals from right inside or directly outside the home. There couldn't be a more fulfilling place to stay. I have fond memories of a brief time in my early 20s when I lived with my grandfather, whose property bordered a cattle farm. I would sleep with my window open to listen to and smell the cows in the pasture in the mornings. Being able to watch cows (not to mention sheep and sometimes even chickens) from the kitchen brought deep peace and happy thoughts of my late grandfather. Listening to the sounds of the cows, sheep, chickens, and a rooster was a serene respite from the loud traffic I'm used to at home. On another note, my son loved to see all the animals living their best lives, and was excited to see the big green tractor by the barn. The playground was a nice touch, too!

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary with a weekend stay at Sharon's loft suite, and everything about our stay was just perfect. There are so many thoughtful and lovely details included here— the many gorgeous plants, the s'mores kit, the bathrobes and slippers, I could go on and on— that make staying in the loft space extra relaxing and memorable. We slept wonderfully here, surrounded by scenic views and serene vibes. Thank you for helping to make our anniversary weekend so special!
