Excellente location immédiatement à proximité de la gare OBB. Intérieur remarquable et moderne. Literie excellente. Accueil parfait des employés de l'hotellerie. Place de parking et garage suffisantes. Restaurant très bon avec plats succulents. Nous recommandons très fortement.

Wir waren beruflich für 10 Tage in Salzburg und haben gleich zwei Appartements im gleichen Haus gebucht. Die Appartements waren sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt nötig ist. Die Zimmer sind im Hotel Via Roma und die Abwicklung läuft komplett über die Rezeption des Hotels. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es besteht auch die Option, bei längeren Aufenthalten gegen einen Aufpreis eine Zimmerreinigung mit allem drum und dran zu buchen. Hat super funktioniert. Georg hatte uns im Vorhinein mit allen nötigen Informationen bestens versorgt. Die Pizzeria im Haus ist auch zu empfehlen :-)

We had a wonderful time staying at Christiane's place. We rented the top floor apartment which had some absolutely amazing views of the mountains and hillside. Christiane met us when we arrived and explained everything. She even shared a few toys and a small play area with our children. The house was completely spotless and had everything we needed. It was a mere 10 min to the small town nearby for cappuccinos and fresh bakery. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

A great place for groups or families. We were traveling with 6 people across 3 generations. the apartment was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable and spread out. We appreciated the 1.5 bathrooms, which reduced congestion, and the bedrooms were much larger than we would have found in the city center. Getting to the city center was very easy: multiple buslines run close to the apartment and time from apartment to the center is mere minutes. Local amenities include grocery stores, a bakery and restaurants minutes away. The neighborhood is pleasant, peaceful and quiet. Note that parking is off-site - very easy and affordable but it's a 12 minute walk. The laundry facilities are great, and the outdoor patio is a nice bonus. The kitchen is tight for 6 people, but the large dining table makes up for counter/prep space. Highly recommended for an extended stay in Salzburg.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Salzburg. Very walkable location and easy to get to major attractions. Very family friendly place - crib and high chair provided. Host was very responsive and flexible - really enjoyed our time. Beautiful views out of the apartment and roof garden - a must stay in Salzburg!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and would return anytime! Accommodations were exactly as listed, spacious and bright corner unit, beds were very comfortable and the pull out couch was made up for our boys / curtains drawn for our late arrival. Such a nice touch! Close to train station / main attractions (10min Uber). Contactless check in / out was easy. Questions were answered quickly. Great in room amenities and on site essentials closet and laundry accessible via the WeEasy app (easy to use!) Highly recommend especially for families.

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Christiane. Het appartement is ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een hele fijne tuin incl zwembad waar we na een lange actieve dag heerlijk konden afkoelen. In de omgeving is meer dan genoeg te doen en met de auto alles goed te bereiken. Christiane is een goede host, en reageert heel snel op vragen/verzoeken. Enige minpunt is dat het wassen van kleding erg duur is; 10 euro per was.

Nice apartment well equipped. Short walk through a pedestrian tunnel to the historic district or hop on a bus which are very frequent and run to time. Quite area so practically no noise at night so got a good nights sleep. Good communication with the host. Detailed information folder in the apartment which was very useful.

Die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung und die vollausgestattete Küche sind einfach perfekt. Das komplette Appartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden und das kann man spüren. Wir waren für die Pfingstfestspiele in Salzburg. Die Lage ist optimal. Man ist in weniger als 10 min in Abendgarderobe am Festspielhaus. Überall sind Restaurants und Conditoreien fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in sehr gutem und sauberem Zustand. Es gab Fahrräder, ein Schwimmbad und Liegen. Dankeschön für den schönen Aufenthalt in Salzburg!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in den Bergen bei Roswitha und ihrer Familie. Ein schönes Apartment sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick vom Balkon. Genau so stellen wir uns unseren Urlaub vor. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Spielmöglichkeiten, Kaninchen und einen sehr gepflegten Pool. Wir haben auch den Frühstücksservice (große Auswahl an frischen Brötchen Wurst und Käse) sehr genossen. In der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Ausflugsziele für Familien, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt, der 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Our 1 year old daughter began to run a fever on the train to Salzburg. Our train would arrive after closure of pharmacies and the next day was a public holiday. Kerstin went to a pharmacy for us to get baby medicine, which was so so kind and helpful. Would rate more than 5 stars if possible!

A spacious apartment for 4 adults, away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. Excellent location for easy access across to the Old Town, shops, restaurants and transport into town or even to destinations further afield (walking, bus or train). Clean and comfortable; only (suggestion would be to improve the storage for cloths. While the basic units in each bedroom do have a contemporary look to match the devour have only limited storage space. Slightly larger contemporary wardrobes would probably still fit, look ok, but would offer more room to fit those typical items brought in a suitcase). The booking process and communications from Numa throughout, and support offered were really excellent. The washing machine + drying machine in basement were a real plus too. The outdoor roof sitting area is also an added bonus for use as recreational space which is limited in many places in that area of Salzburg.

ein super Konzept! Das Einchecken ist sehr einfach, die Zimmer sind sauber und durch die Lösung mit dem Zugangscode braucht man sich keine Gedanken um Schlüssel/Karten machen. es gibt auch Schließfächer wo man sein Gepäck noch verstauen kann am Abreisetag was auch sehr hilfreich ist. die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, das war aber auch das einzige "Manko", ansonsten alles Top. jederzeit wieder.

We had a fabulous stay at Elisabeth’s place from start to finish. It was beautiful inside and out as well as spacious and absolutely clean and comfortable. The setting was gorgeous and the parking right on site. Elisabeth was easy to communicate with and super responsive to any request or question. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The balcony offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and village. Colorful flowers line the railing, while two chairs provide comfortable seating. The natural landscape features greenery and rooftops, enhancing the tranquil outdoor experience.

The place is fantastic, surrounded by nature and fresh air. It’s also very easily connected to Salzburg by a single bus. The room had everything you could possibly need, it was very clean, and Madeleine is one of the kindest and most polite people I’ve ever met. I will definitely return there!!
