Vacation rentals with beach access in Upper Austria

Great place.. amazing view and walkable to the lake and groceries nearby. Convenient parking. You wouldnt feel like leaving the apartment given the beautiful and calm surrounding. Kitchen was also well fitted and beds were comfortable.

Everything as in the pictures, only the beautiful view of the Danube can't be seen in the pictures. It was really nice, pleasantly clean and minimalist, just like we love it ❤️ Thanks!

The apartment was very well presented and in a peaceful quiet area. It was well equipped and spacious . The views were excellent from the balcony. It was ten minutes walk to St Wolfgang and convenient for all facilities. We would recommend it .

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Our family and two children loved this place, it was the off season and incredibly peaceful. We loved taking the gondola up the mountain. A very very easy place to walk around and explore. We even cold plunged in the lake right across the street (200m) from the house. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely stay at Sonja's in Gmunden despite the constant rain. The apartment is located in one of 3 larger buildings where it is very quiet. You can enter the apartment both via the partly open and bright staircase and with an elevator. Detailed self-check-in instructions come from Sonja. The reserved covered parking space right next to the entrances was also very pleasant. The apartment is very spacious with a large covered balcony. The kitchen has everything you need such as kettle, coffee capsule machine incl. capsules, pots/pans incl. cookware, a small selection of spices and a dishwasher incl. tabs. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria with few seats, but a delivery service. The old town is easily accessible on foot along the lake in 10-15 minutes. There are highly recommended breakfast options in Gmunden (das Forst and La Sonett), but be sure to reserve in advance! Thank you!

I came across the apartment by chance and felt comfortable right away. Everything important is within walking distance. I'll be happy to stay here again if I'm in the area.

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

The house is very comfortable, but more importantly provides a genuine Austrian experience. The interior and furniture is comfortable and authentic. it is situated directly on the lake walk. we enjoyed seeing cows outside the window, and snow capped mountains. This is an area of Austria you should not miss!

We had the most wonderful stay here at Wilhelms house for a week. The location is beautiful with breathtaking mountain and lake views, and everywhere is so easy to access. We had a car and explored everything with ease and managed to fit so much in. As a family with a toddler (2.5 year old) I messaged Wilhelm ahead of our stay asking for a cot to set up and his recommendations for sightseeing spots, he was super responsive and offered some amazing recommendations. The house was immaculate, so much space, exceptionally clean with high end finishings and bedding. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

We had a very nice stay! The apartments were very clean, the bathrooms and sanitary facilities new. The kitchen was well equipped. For future visitors, it would be good to know that towels are not provided so that you can bring your own. In addition, the control of the electric heating was not possible everywhere, so it was relatively cool in the bedrooms. At night, however, we didn't have to freeze and it was warm enough. In the common room we were able to heat the tiled stove. Cozy, clean apartments without frills at a very fair price!

Everything is fine, uncomplicated communication, Christa welcomed us warmly, perfectly equipped, fantastic location, ... what more😊 could you recommend 100%! Will be more than happy to come back anytime!

Manfred is the most friendly and welcoming host. His house is a beautiful, traditional Austrian house with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our family (including grandparents and small children) enjoyed their stay.

Perfect stay in great location! We had a wonderful time at this place! The apartment is in a great location – quiet but still well connected. Everything was very modern, very clean, cozy and exactly as described. The hosts were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would come back anytime. Everything was great. The place has everything you might need for a short stay in Hallstat. Only communication could be improved.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.

The apartment was very nicely and lovingly furnished and pleasantly cool even in hot temperatures. Communication and check-in and check-out were super straightforward.

The accommodation is greatly located. The garden is amazing and access to the lake is the best part. The apartment itself is not modern or somehow designed but it has everything you might need for a short stay. Markus and his parents were really nice and the communication was easy :) I recommend it!
