The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

Calm and traditional farm house flat near highway

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
