Alla and Edward are phenomenal hosts. The listing was clean and well furnished as listed. Alla was accommodating and a responsive host. The location is unmatched and central to several hot spots in LA. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful last-minute stay. Small space, but well-utilized. Private with no shared walls. We appreciated the large tv, electric fireplace heater, and great shower. Comfortable bed that is on the firmer side. Across the street from Smart & Final and a variety of eateries. Easy check out instructions. Good value, would return!

Wow what an excellent host! Very impressed with not only the property but our Host's ability to make me feel right at home. The quiet neighborhood makes for perfect walks with pristine atmosphere. Irina is so kind and flexible that the entire trip was stress free. Not to mention the pool area is beautiful. Would love to come back here again
