The service is super good, the check in and check out was super easy and we could leave our bags there for the day ! They offer a free tuk tuk to the city Center! It’s a cozy and calm place , super clean and I loved the pool ! The breakfast is also super nice and you have a lot of choices !

Place was very good! Breakfast was not included, but was very tasty. Beer is cold in the fridge ;)

The stay with Igor and Michele was just nice. It is quietly located, the pool and the many seating areas invite you to relax. We had breakfast together and the whole atmosphere was super friendly and familiar. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

A high end quality villa, 3-5 minutes by tuk tuk from Marissa Beach. Can highly recommend staying here for a few nights. Staff is great too.

Beautiful new place only open 3 months. Still some minor works taking place but nothing disruptive to our stay. We were the only people there st one stage - like our own private villa! Awesome views! Great location for wandering the lanes of Unawatuna for eating drinking and shopping. Very attentive, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Best accommodation we had on our 10 day trip to SL!

The hotel is located on a rather quiet beach where you can both swim and surf. The staff was very friendly, the room clean, the bed very cozy and the view from the balcony really nice. At breakfast, we would have liked a little more variety.

We stayed in Shanil's place for 6 nights. We were greeted by Suranga and his team immediately after arriving we received a cool coconut drink and felt right at home. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Suranga and his team did an excellent job. Especially the food was fantastic, the chef did an excellent job. One of the best Srilanken food we had in our vacation in Sri Lanka. We had breakfast and dinner as well. The even provided our kids with western breakfast. We felt welcome from start to end and didn't want to leave. Hopefully we are back. The house with the 2 double room and the separate house with the family room is well set up and gives each guest his own privacy. The location is great with the beach and the ocean right in front of the house. With a 15min. Tuktuk ride you are both in Mirissa and Weligama. Thank you very much for having us.

Very comfortable stay in the galle fort. good safe location. Sometimes the breakfast is delivered slower than expected. but since it's island nation things go in slow motion. all in all a good stay experience

Great place to stay for long time. Reasonable prices and value for money. Super clean rooms and swimming pool. Owner Lakshitha is nice and super helpful. The kitchen is eqiuped with all the items to cook by ourselfes. The breakfast from the shanthi boutique villa was more than expexted. Overall a super experience. Love to stay more on this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is awesome, beautiful landscape and surroundings . The bungalows are decorated with style and quality furniture. The bed is very comfortable . The hosts is very sympathetic and helpful. The food was very good and the presentation like a piece of art 😍. We highly recommend this place … we definitely will come back. Thank you again 🙏

Perfect accommodation in Hikkaduwa. This place is quiet and the views are incredible. Area around pool is now more overgrown than in the picture. Our host was very helpful.

Nipun is a really genuine, kind, honest and helpful person (a feeling shared by the wider community). He makes great eggs in the morning too! Nipun helped to organise a taxis and had good local advice. He also has a great sense of humour. Nipun’s place is spacious and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It is centrally located close to all the local breaks (most are within walking distance)and less than 10 seconds to Lazy Left. The road is busy but not at night. I had a really good stay and would recommend if you are looking for laid back, friendly and relaxed!

Everything was as described. There is only one point, which didn’t make it any bad. The House has no sign or something, which made it a little hard to find. There is a doorbell beside the blue entrance gate, which was opened by a young man. Aircon could be cleaned anyway. Rest was perfect for one night!
