The house was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing everything we needed. The serene country setting was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect environment for peace and relaxation. We were delighted by the frequent visits from hummingbirds, chickens, and even some deer! Our dogs had a fantastic time as well, making it a great getaway for the whole family.

Always wonderful staying here! We have stayed in both sides. Always a clean and comfortable stay! Easy check in and check out. Will continue to seek out every time we come visit Reedsport.

This is our second time staying at Brock's place. The home is beautiful, stocked with everything we need, close to area attractions and great restaurants. We enjoy the beautiful back yard and appreciate that the home is dog friendly.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. Also great location for driving to many sights and hikes up and down the coast. Extensive suggestions and interesting info compiled in a big folder. Home was cozy and comfortable. Large fridge. Tap water tasty. Enjoyed morning coffee ( supplied) on porch in sunshine. Birds and squirrels conversing and rhododendrons in full bloom. Heavenly!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was super responsive—answered all our questions quickly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The house itself was spotless, which we really appreciated. Everything felt fresh and clean from the moment we walked in. One of the best surprises was the bookshelf—there were tons of books to flip through, which made the place feel cozy and homey. The kids were also thrilled to find a PS4 with games, which kept them entertained while we relaxed. What really stood out was how thoughtful the host was. The place was stocked with everything you could think of—plenty of toiletries, fresh towels, even extra batteries! You could tell they really went above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, comfy stay with a great host!

We had a great month long stay. The house had everything we needed and our dog loved the fully fenced front and back yards. I worked remotely, but it was easy to enjoy as the neighborhood was walkable to fun casual eateries and to local markets, and it was a short drive to so much more! Thanks for hosting us, we’ll be back!

From the moment we arrived and got settled in we felt at home. This was our first Airbnb experience and Monica and Erik made the stay great. House sits above the river with views in both directions. It was neat watching the fishing guides in the river below. Then when the river flooded (no danger to us) it was great to see the natural flow of river life before our eyes. WE will take our memories with us and hope to return one day.

We enjoyed our stay here! The tiny house was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The location of the house in the campground was great we had wonderful water views and it felt very private. The staff were very responsive, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out!

Such a beautiful space. Everything was immaculate. Very lush carpets. It was exceptionally comfortable and the owners go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

This was the perfect place to host my family and to enjoy the weekend! Many essentials that make traveling across the country so easy! Lots of space for the 6 of us, and it was perfect for what we needed!

This is a beautiful house in a stunning natural setting.

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the swallows in the morning. Beautiful area, and Yachats is a cute town. Ate great fish at the market and enjoyed the gorgeous hike at Cape Perpetua.

Kids will not want to leave!!! It’s a perfect place to have fun 🤩

This is such a cute little house in a great neighborhood. The location is very convenient, I was able to walk to restaurants stores and post office. There were food trucks nearby. The washer and dryer in the unit made things very convenient. I also liked all of the plants inside the house.

Great location and the outside space is great! Lots of room for trucks with trailers.

Lorraine and John are wonderful hosts. Very kind and approachable. Not to mention they have a beautiful, clean, and cozy home. The airbnb is also in a convenient area close to restaurants and malls close by. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Eugene! Thank you again for a lovely stay.

I found myself in a pickle when my husband and stepson were traveling up the coast only to find that the hotel they reserved was in Michigan not Oregon. I connected with Rick at 5:30 through the app and my husband and stepson arrived at 6:30. The house is exactly what the pictures look like. It was easy to get into and spotlessly clean.

It worked well for us. I worked from the kitchen table and was able to walk to family afterwards. Basics were available (coffee, TP, soap) so we didn’t have to rush to the grocery store after a very long travel day. Would stay again.

The house was clean and as described, the kitchen was aptly stocked and had more than expected. The only issue was the bed frame in the middle room (away from the master) had some missing supports under the mattress that my friend found when sitting at the foot of the bed and promptly falling through. They slept on it just fine and had no issues, just couldn't sit at the end.

We had the best time at Mama Mountain Lodge! The cabin was so peaceful and had great amenities when coming back from ling hikes. L.J. and Jessie gave great recommendations and instructions to the place before we even arrived. The host even put up a Happy Birthday sign for my fiance which was so kind and thoughtful. They also put out a toy for our dog and stuff to make smores for us. I highly recommend staying here!
