Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. This newly built holiday apartment is located in Umhausen in the Ötztal Valley. Umhausen is only 10 minutes drive away from the ski area in Ötz and 25 minutes from Sölden. There is a seating area and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured at the apartment. Other facilities include a terrace and free parking. Innsbruck Airport is 35 km from the property. Please note that the local tax is not included in the price ( € 4 per adult per day)

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
