Idyllic - best description of Kathy's place in Sussex in the south of England. Kathy was a great host and the property was amazing; both the Coach House, which was huge and boasted a wonderful kitchen and common areas. We were celebrating the arrival of our first grandbaby, bringing the whole family together (7 + infant) over Christmas and really appreciated all the nice touches, including the beautiful Christmas decorations. Make no mistake, you are in the countryside - with all the peace that comes with it (there is a lively and charming little pub a short distance); and, yet, not really all that far from London and the airports; very accessible. I could go on but Kathy's place was just a perfect retreat and we feel very blessed to have been able to stay at this beautiful property. Such a lovely weekend at Ricky’s in Henfield! We were here celebrating for the weekend with a group of girlfriends and loved making use of the various spaces - drinks in the garden, cosy dinners and chats in the snug. Beautifully tasteful interiors that were calming and so well done. Ricky was super responsive and sent great local recommendations. Hope to visit again!

Caroline was an amazing host, so friendly and helpful with each detail and always on hand if we had a query. The cottage was absolutely perfect, so cozy and comfortable, supplied with everything we needed. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!
