Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

In the family house is the 70 sqm condo "See-Paradies" on beautiful Lake Wörthsee. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. Walking distance to the S-Bahn: 15 minutes, duration S-Bahn from the station "Steinebach" to Munich Central Station: 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk away. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. SUP board rental is now available. Request at least one day in advance

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
