Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Gypsy Wagon, Curio Bay, Catlins.

Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size luxury bed. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities. Log burner with wood supplied. Outdoor BBQ. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults plus one small child in one bed

This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Old farm hut, near Winton , Central Southland

Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We have baby lambs skipping around the paddocks lots of fun to watch from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Come and experience country living in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage on the edge of the Gore Township. Pets okay but MUST be keep outside. NO pets inside. Got no problem with people using electric cars but being sneaky and plugging in after dark will earn you a bad review and comments. Just be honest and talk with us.
