A wonderful spot for a getaway! It’s so peaceful—you can hear birdsong all the time, which is simply delightful. The accommodation is comfortable and secure, which is essential. The area just outside the complex is still under development, but everything you need is close by. It’s an interesting, up-and-coming neighborhood with plenty of great places to eat and shops to explore. The host was always available, helped us with various little details, and responded quickly to resolve any issues. We’re completely satisfied with our stay.

A large spacious house. Had all the essentials. Among the disadvantages, the pool is tiny and there was no desire to swim in it. A road is being built near the house, which will facilitate access to the house in the future

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Blue Deer Residences! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care. Lesley was an amazing host—so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by giving us fantastic local recommendations and even helped with making reservations and bookings. To ensure our 7-month old daughter was comfortable, Lesley provided a pack-n-play and ordered a baby bath tub and high chair just for us - talk about above and beyond! Her staff was equally exceptional—professional, kind, and always one step ahead in taking care of our every need - truly top notch service from the housekeeping ladies, maintenance staff, Victor and Dayvis! The property itself is stunning, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Blue Deer Residences if you're looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Tulum. We'll definitely be back soon!

We had a great stay. The property was spacious with lots of enclosed yard space around the pool that was great for our kids, and having the separate guest house was really nice. The location was also great, just one block from great restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and cenotes as well.

We had an amazing stay at Susan’s place in Tulum! The house was perfect for our large group of 12 - spacious enough for everyone to hang out together but also have their own private areas when needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to buy groceries and cook meals at home. The property felt very secure, and there was convenient parking for those who had cars. The on-site staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A huge shoutout to Susan, who went above and beyond by helping me plan a dinner party for 21 people! Everything - from the food and staff to the location and DJ - was a total hit. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Tulum, especially if you're traveling with a group. We’ll definitely be back!

If you’re looking to feel right at home during your time in Tulum, this place has it all. We loved being steps away from so many food and shopping options, but still tucked away from busy streets. Lina and the fellow hosts were super responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. When we come back to Tulum, we don’t want to stay anywhere else!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

We had a magical week at Adolfo’s place with our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is spectacular and the kids loved being able to play on the beach and jump in the pool. Early risers will love the sunrise view from the beach. The location itself is an amazing jumping off point to enjoy Akumal (great taco spots in town!), Tulum, and local cenotes and eco parks. We were a bit anxious about not having AC in the main living area but the breeze was beautiful and it allowed us to really embrace indoor/outdoor living. The caretaking staff are wonderful and very helpful - they helped us arrange for massages at the house and kept the property meticulously clean. We also took advantage of Chef Carlos’s services and are so happy we did. The house itself is very comfortable. Showing its age in places but we appreciated it being un-fussy - especially with young kids. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes but you’ll need to bring your own basic cooking supplies.

Beautiful stay, could not be a more perfect spot to snorkel right off the beach. Great for nature lovers — a quiet, restful spot; two restaurants within walking distance, very nice responsive staff help you get set up with transport and tours. Would come back again!

Great location. Plenty of space. Having the maid daily was nice. Concierge was helpful in making reservations and getting back to us during their working hours.

This was a fantastic place. My husband and I came down for a quick visit and had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfect down to the privacy, the outdoor seating, beachfront. I loved that I could open all the front doors and allow the constant ocean breeze to roll through the house. There were great restaurants and shops within walking distance from the beach. Our host very communicated with us from the time of booking till we left. He gave us suggestions for different places to eat and things to do. The staff was amazing! Every day the cleaning service would come by and tidy up the sand and the salt covered windows to keep a beautiful view all the time. Reed our host set up a Couples massage one evening at the villa that was so good. This was worth every penny, and so much better than being in the resorts.

A fantastic place to stay with a group. All rooms had comfortable beds and bathrooms were modern with good water pressure in the showers. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly during the stay and towels refreshed. Pool area and living room was great to socialise. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances of a very high quality. Door entry system was great for big groups with people coming and going at different times. Host was extremely responsive and constantly in touch to provide support when requested. Would strongly recommend others to stay if visiting Tulum!

During our trip we made a stop in Tulum and in particular at Villa Jengibre, it looks like the villa of a Hollywood star, spacious, clean and well organized rooms, we were able to relax in the 2 rooftop jacuzzis and in the private garden with swimming pool!! The area is quiet and safe, away from traffic. The house is very large and equipped with all comforts, I absolutely recommend it. Communication with Leandro has always been fast and characterized by availability and kindness.

I’ve been to Tulum 4 times, stayed in different airbnb’s and hotels, but this by far has been the best place I’ve stayed. Location is private, no excessive construction noise, and BEAUTIFUL! I will definitely be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay at this house during our trip to Tulum. The house is privately located with 24-hour security, conveniently situated near the Zona Hotelera (an 8-minute drive) and within walking distance of several restaurants. The spacious and clean house features a lovely pool, which was a welcome respite after long, HOT days. While we encountered a few minor issues, they were addressed promptly. Our host was exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here again.

We loved the place a lot. It felt like home. It is well designed and beautifully laid out. The location was really good and close to everything. The house was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and spotless. It is very spacious and the host was very friendly and responsive. They facilitated everything we requested with ease. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful airbnb. We were greeted at arrival with a friendly person who showed us the place and explained to us how to use the property. Parking was easily available for our car. The host was always ready to answer any question or request we had. We were very happy and comfortable in this beautiful house. It was everything that we could wish for. I can't wait to come back and enjoy tulum in my new home :-)
