This space is SUPER cute, immaculate, and very roomy. It's hard to do it justice in phtotos. It's kind of old-world charm meets modern amenities: there's a fireplace and a piano ... and also a Firestick TV with lots of entertainment options. Cathedral ceilings with recessed lighting ... and also several lamps to light every nook and cranny. It's also extremely well appointed with everything you could want or need: coffee/tea, TV, hairdryer, snacks, dishes, etc. Kerry and Brandon have thought of everything - and I mean everything - to make your stay just a little more comfortable. They were super communicative, accessible and kind. It's on the second floor accessible via and outdoor staircase and deck, which means you get your own private large deck as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall we loved our stay. Access was easy. The drive to get supplies was quick. I will say as a big guy, the bathroom was not ideal. The baseboard heater in the bathroom is very close to the toilet and the shower was a tight fit for the smaller guest. These didn't detract from the experience or the happiness with our stay, I just feel that they were worth noting for future guests looking to rent. The stock of boardgames was a fun way to pass time in the evening. The kitchen was super clean and well stocked. The views were incredible, especially the sunrise this morning and the mountain in the distance, possibly Mount Monadnock.

We loved our stay here! The place was so cool! We love that it was close to everything and walkable to graduation. It was a little tricky to find at first because it's in between two houses so maybe list the color, black because we were walking around in the dark trying to find it LOL but parking is super close and you can unpack in the driveway. The couch is comfortable to sleep on and there were plenty of blankets and pillows! And we love the Retro Style!

JENNIFER’s place was perfect and clean and exactly what we expected. I had to house some workers for a job that took a couple of weeks and everyone was happy. Highly recommended!
