It was perfect! The house was clean and it had a lot of amenities. Quality was at a high level. I was very satisfied. No neighbors and great sauna. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in operation… Contact was always great. I fell in love with this place! Thanks Truls!

This Airbnb is truly the best place to stay in Tromsø! The home is incredibly comfortable and cozy, and its location is simply perfect. We were lucky enough to witness the Aurora Borealis almost every night at Telegrafbukta, just a short 2-3 minute walk away. Public transportation is also extremely convenient, with easy access to buses connecting to all major attractions. The host went above and beyond by providing an abundance of amenities and food supplies, making our stay even more special. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a group of eight, we made unforgettable memories here—ones we will cherish for a lifetime. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø!

The house is spacious, very well heated (floor heating in the entrance and very nice bathrooms), with a magnificent view from the balcony (from where you can see the aurora on a clear day!). Everything was very clean and cozy. We were traveling with the whole family with two babies (9 months and 2.5 years), there were beds and high chairs for both. The kitchen is very well equipped, better than expected! The access ramp for cars is slightly sloping, which can be a little slippery in winter but the rental cars on site (4 wheel drive) are quite suitable. There is a convenience store within walking distance (3min) and a car charging point 5min away. Tom is very responsive to all our questions.

We booked this property 4 months in advance and at that time it had only one review. We trusted it and we were not wrong. The apartment is new and bigger than it appears in the pictures. It is bright, comfortable and has a 5 star view of the fjord. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.The bathroom is large and has many places to put your thing.This is one of the top 3 Airbnb accommodations we have stayed in. And especially because of the hosts! Wonderful people willing to help with anything you need. They waited for us with warm cakes just out of the oven. We found essential things for breakfast in the fridge. Even though the weather was not on our side and it snowed almost every day, Jann cleared the snow from the parking lot and offered to take us wherever we wanted. Although we didn't see the Northern Lights in all their magic, it was worth traveling 5000km one way to meet wonderful people. Thank you Reidun & Jann! We hope to return soon. Gina & Dan - Romania

The apartment is big and very luxurious. The location is also perfect and has grocery shop and restaurants nearby. We really felt like home, it provided us warmth and comfort. Wenche is really helpful and very responsive. Wenche always helped us with whatever we wanted. We also saw northern lights from this apartment which was magical!! If you are travelling to tromso, then you must definitely stay at Wenche’s apartment, you will never regret it trust me!

We had an amazing time and were incredibly fortunate to witness the northern lights — truly a dream come true. Choosing Viktor and Trude as our hosts was the best decision. Their glowing reviews were spot on! The house was beautiful, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, always being readily available for any questions. We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and comfortable—it really felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We especially enjoyed our chats with the hostess, who gave us a great introduction to the area, including local attractions and some amazing food recommendations. She suggested we try the local salmon, which turned out to be absolutely delicious! The room itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. We were especially impressed by the large balcony with its stunning night view—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. One detail that really touched us was the first aid kit in the room, which came in handy during our stay and truly saved the day. The kitchen was another highlight—it was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Great location in the Vervet neighborhood near the harbor! Many restaurants and bakeries at the foot of the building Lovely, well decorated apartment in which you can feel good. Underfloor heating that diffuses heat well 10-15min walk from all activity departures offered by organizations

Stunning views and location, and so cozy. Highlights are the jacuzzi, sauna, access to take a dip in the fjord, the fireplace in the living room, the comfy beds, and fully kitted out kitchen with a great coffee machine. Host was very nice and always responsive. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, I would definitely come back! The house was super clean, warm, and well-equipped. It's located right by the sea, super quiet zone, you can't hear any cars, and you're surrounded by mountains. There's a supermarket near the house that has everything. But if you arrive very late, I recommend bringing food because it will be closed. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Grete and her husband were very kind and helpful at all times. A fantastic view! I can definitely imagine coming back! The only flaw is the very modern but rather dark bathroom. But that's just my personal opinion. My fellow travelers didn't think it was that bad ^^. It was very clean and stylish.

Cozy little townhouse within walking distance of all the cafés, busses, museums and so on. Very easy to find and access. Kitchen, bath and bedroom all fully equipped and very cozy . Unfortunately we had some upstairs neighbors jumping on the floor, screaming and running around early in the mornings and late into the night. If you are less unfortunate than us with the neighbors, the place is absolutely lovely for a visit in Tromsø.

Friendly and accessible hosts. When we first checked in, the host was available via the Airbnb app, but at the same time we had privacy and quiet during the time we were there.

We had the best stay at Sigurd's apartment. Or was close to the water with beautiful views and easy to get into the main part of town or to the airport using local buses. The apartment was lovely and inviting with everything we needed. We loved everything about our stay and Sigurd was a fantastic host.

The location is peaceful and perfect for a quiet retreat, yet conveniently accessible. The cable car Fjellheisen, bus stop, and grocery store are all nearby. Jarl and Frøydis are excellent hosts, and the place fully lives up to its glowing reviews. They provide all essential amenities, with the added bonus of micro-spikes for winter, which were incredibly useful. Jarl also shared some great local tips that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Felt like home away from home. Location is closer to the city center reachable by bus. Benedicte was very responsive and gave clear guidance to make the best out of our stay.
