House by the sea near Tromsø with panorama views

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Amazing cabin 25 minutes from Tromsø Airport

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. A large cottage with plenty room for 6. The kitchen have enough pots, pans dishes etc to cook for everyone. We do our best to maintain it clean and tidy. Sat in beautiful surroundings, close to the sea and the mountains. Peaceful with a stunning view. Close to Tromsø, but still rural for a experience of the landscape of the north.

Rakkebu, 25 km from Tromsø city

Only 23 km from the airport in Tromsø. Built in 2007. Perfect conditions for watching aurora borealis because you are well away from the lights of the city. Many aurora guids bring guests to this area. If you are very lucky you can also watch killer whales (orcas) from the beach just below the cottage.
