The house is just as in the pictures, it is very cozy and clean. They have the thoughtfulness to provide you with different things for breakfast and that is appreciated. A great place to relax and unwind, and not far from the coast. Francesco is very attentive and makes sure everything is fine.

Very nice house, very well maintained. Lucio and Marilina hosted us well. Access to the beach in 2 minutes allowed us to swim very early in the morning and late at night, and that's a privilege. The proximity of the campsites is not at all bothersome, and it offers a wide selection of restaurants. We highly recommend it.

we stayed at this wonderful villa of Angela with family and friends....large garden with all the comforts... outdoor shower....diffusion...everything was perfect! rooms with air conditioning!!! toppp!! Angela is always available for everything! Comfortable area for the sea and wonderful beaches!!! I hope to return to Gargano and Angela in the day!!!

My partner and I stayed at the Mariachiara property with our dog. The place was perfectly matched to the description, well distributed indoor space, clean and stocked linens (we stayed 10 days). The exterior is fairytale: the view of the sea is incredible and peace was stillaround. Gated property. An idyllic place. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the first beach, the marina and in 15 minutes you can get to the center of Mattinata. We were welcomed by Margherita and her mother, two wonderful people, kind and helpful. Margherita provides us with directions and useful tips about the area (also for our dog). Great hospitality. Mariachiara greeted us when we returned the keys, very kind too. A perfect stay. Highly recommended accommodation.

Marco's villa is exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The garden is beautiful. The view is mesmerizing. It is peaceful and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay. Very nice place, and quiet. Our hosts on site were very responsive. Just a small downside. When I read the listing, I thought the pool, hot tub and sea view terrace areas were just for our place. They were to share with another place to stay. It didn't really bother us because the other place was just occupied by a couple who was rather hot tub area and we pool.

Great house surrounded by nature with all the comforts. The hostess was very nice, warm and always helpful. We have rented the entire house - apparently the ground floor and the upper floor can be rented separately. The pool is quite small for swimming - but always sufficient for cooling off. The garden is really great. You will find all kinds of fruit here and even had the opportunity to try something. It would be important to mention the fact that the owner lives in the annex. But this did not bother us. A rounding off our stay was a city festival with local specialties for eating and drinking as well as musical performances. The house is very suitable as a starting point for activities between the sea and the mountains.

Very nice hosting by Roberta and her entire family who took great care of us. Roberta is available and we ate very well with the family in her dad Pascale's very good restaurant. Pool, garden, tranquility, I recommend it.

This is a cozy place to spend some time. We read and made a fire and drank tea during our multi-day stay here. Mimi and family were friendly and so were the neighboring cats! What a relaxed setting!

Mario and his family are absolutely lovely – we felt at home the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. We were even allowed to pick fresh lemons from their lemon tree – the best we’ve ever tasted! The villa is stunning, with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views. Naples, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast are all within easy reach. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be coming back!

The structure is truly enchanting, very large and spacious, with attention to detail to ensure every comfort. The owners are two loving people, very kind and ready to respond to all our requests. The production of its own wine is truly exceptional, especially the white is sublime. Experience to be repeated for more days, three are really too few to fully enjoy this fantastic location. Perfect modern house for families. Great layout, spacious and great kitchen. Nice backyard with pool and beautiful mountain views. Hosts communicated quickly and proactively and provided great recommendations.
