We loved the property. Perfect for our little break together and just a short walk from the train station. loved it and will book again.

A comfortable stay in a handy upstairs studio tucked away at an equestrian centre just a short distance outside Morpeth. The space was well looked after and stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, bread, milk and more. Check in was easy and Lynsey was a considerate host, quick to respond if we had a question. We had a relaxing stay using this as our base for a couple of nights. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks Lynsey.

The cottage is nice and quiet, very comfortable. We had a lovely time at the cottage. A great location for visiting Northumberland surroundings, close distance to the seaside and the national park. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to explore the area!

Joanne is lovely, helpful and the place is very very clean. There are beaches very close by which is lovely if you have active dogs. Was very private. Thank you Joanne!
