“We had a great stay here! It is incredibly clean, 420 friendly, a grill, and a full kitchen along with any cooking supplies you would need. She even has shampoo and conditioner in the shower! We were also able to use the washer and dryer with provided detergent. Tons of dispensaries within a couple minutes of a drive and you can also see the mountains from the backyard. The hot tub was also fantastic to chill out in at night. I do think it should be clear that there is no central A/C but the A/C listed is a swamp-cooler window unit so the bedrooms did get quite hot but there are fans provided throughout the house. You are also expected to turn this off when you leave the house. The stove in the kitchen is not in service but this is compensated by a really nice, big microwave, an electric hot plate, and a toaster oven. We really had everything we needed to cook and eat, it was so nice to not stress over bringing cooking utensils or anything, just a grocery store trip when we got there. The house has a very cute vibe to it, too - loved all the decoration.”

“Jays place above his restaurant “Las Animas Grill” housed in a historic downtown building is the perfect place to stay when visiting the fun, artsy, quirky town of Trinidad!! The food at the restaurant was fantastic, as were the microbrew options. The vibe is laid back and welcoming. Enter your apartment through the buildings side door and stand in complete Awe of the Stairway/wall/ceiling - painting!! The stairs are steep, but the experience is a wonderful journey-no matter how full or tired you are!! We stayed in unit 4 because of all the cool window views. Food, drink, and many, many dispensaries are within walking distance. Also, this is the most comfortable, cozy bed we have ever encountered in all our Airbnb travels!! We’ve stayed here over winter break, spring break, and summer time - all excellent experiences. We highly recommend Jays place, and we will always stay here when visiting the area.”
