Really special position, very close to the cliffs and coastal path. Katy communicated really well and we had a great time there.

Such a lovely place - cute decor and a kitchenette that we would say is good for wheelchair access also. It’s right next to St Genny’s church, which is wonderful. Walking distance to Crackington Haven where there is a fab little cafe.

Tim’s place was perfect for our group of 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs! It was cosy and full of character, but spacious enough for us all. The dining space was warm and welcoming and we made the most of the log fire in the lounge. Location was great - the cottage is 5 min drive away from Crackington haven, and in very peaceful surroundings - the road is very quiet but cars drive very fast down it so was slightly worrying with the little ones and dogs. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again - this time in warmer months so we could enjoy the garden with amazing views!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Francis Cottage. The view is spectacular and the cottage is extremely comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked and very clean. Very grateful for the cream tea when we arrived. The hosts were so gracious in welcoming us, but also gave us our privacy. We walked from the cottage up to the coastal path, where a huge group of cows gave us a delightful welcome. The sunset from there was stunning. Highly recommend the Boscastle Farmshop -- the setting is unbelievable. And, if you're willing to go a little further afield and want to step into the past, cannot recommend highly enough the Rectory Tea Rooms in Morwenstowe (also check out the church next door -- fascinating history). Also loved the Kew Inn (the setting on a lovely spring day is so charming) and the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery for Sunday Roast in Lostwithiel. Would definitely return to the Francis Cottage again and again. Thank you for everything!
