Awesome spot! Comfortable, private and peaceful. Great host, very responsive and friendly. Easy access to DC, National Mall, Arlington etc… Go see the Space Shuttle Discovery at the Air and Space Museum. Coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

Outstanding, in all respects! The place is very clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Host goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Really appreciated the host's clear communication and attentiveness - very clearly cared that my stay was enjoyable and that I had what I needed. The space was perfect for me alone and could comfortably accomodate a couple (lots of closet space). It was perfect place for me to stay for a week while waiting to move into new place. Highly recommend!!

Our families stay at The Viewpoint was nothing short of incredible! We have been up in the Maryland area for a few months from Asheville NC because of house damage due to hurricane Helene (and being closer to family). We were lucky enough to be able to book this riverfront oasis for Christmas and new years! (This place is even more magical in the snow). We have two small children (2 and 4) who absolutely loved exploring all the animal / nature themed rooms and also really loved the yoga room, big master bath and spacious shower with 4 shower heads ! From check in to check out, the host made things easy and stress free for us. The house was clean and organized. There was plenty of extra linens, towels, blankets etc. We are seriously going to miss Mornings on the deck looking out over the Potomac sunrise and cooking dinner while we watch the unbelievable sunsets! It truly felt like a home away from home and we will carry the memories we made at The Viewpoint for a lifetime!
