Townsend cabin rentals

The Lake Cottage was exactly as pictured - clean, nostaglic, modernized amentities and loads of vintage charge. We booked last minute for a New Years Eve hurrah with my husband and two children (ages 3 & 8), and my only regret is not staying longer. We snowboarded, ice-fished, played board games, did puzzles... and simply enjoyed our time together. It was restorative and the cottage is conducive to slowing down and savoring each moment. The property (albiet Winter) was spacious and felt private, tucked down the long(er) drive with a single neighbor in sight. Elizabeth, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10, will probably book again!

This place was amazing!!! My kids loved it and asked to book it already for next year. Amazing view and house. Best we have stayed at yet. Dawn was amazing and very informative.

Karen’s Cozy Cabin was beautiful, clean and a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying at the Cozy Cabin and I would definitely stay at the Cozy Cabin next time I’m in the area! Thanks again!

This is such a cozy and beautiful spot. The lake was so relaxing and enjoyed the call of the loons and saw eagles. Close to the Ice Age Trail for some excellent hiking. We would love to come back.

The place was just right for our girls getaway. It had a great location right on the lake. Since it was late fall it was very quiet. Would love to come back when it is warm to enjoy the water. The place itself was wonderful, the picturea didn't deceive.

Me and my family enjoyed our time here. There were tons of stuff to do especially for the kids. Jason was super proactive which made communicating with him easy. This place definitely instilled beautiful memories with my family. Definitely worth checking out!

This Airbnb makes me feel right at home! Adrian was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable staying here! The Airbnb is perfect for hunting trips, fishing trips and even just a cozy place to stay if you want to get away! The shop Airbnb has a very cool set up! It has a bar with a TV and couches with a huge table! The upstairs is very private and perfect place to get some good rest! The bathroom is very convenient with a good shower! Last but not least the host Adrian is very kind and a hard worker! I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anybody who wants to have that “Up North” experience!

The cabin is well taken care of and we felt right at home. Everything you need is on hand. The host is very responsive to any questions or issues. Really a lovely stay.

We have stayed here several times and we love it more with each visit. Mike and Amy have invested in their property and there are new updates with each year. There is newer furniture than what is pictured. The lake is so nice for swimming!!! And having access to all the kayaks, paddle boat, etc makes the stay so much more fun and relaxing. Sitting on the deck listening to the loons and star gazing is the perfect end to the day!

Place is great. Only issue is we had 2 trucks with boats, there is no way to turn around. We ended up backing out of the driveway each time.

From check in to check out this house was perfect. Jayna and John we perfect hosts and very easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved the location and all the space the house provided. Every room was immaculate and the house had everything you would need for an extended stay. We cannot say enough great things about our stay and will definitely be back!

tha living space was great. plenty of beds. there were two levels that provided room for the adults and kids. deck and and surrounding deck were great for relaxing and group discussions.

I’ve been to dozens upon dozens of Airbnb‘s. Michelle and Dave’s place was hands-down my favorite. Wonderful family, and a beautiful pair of dogs to love as well! My daughter’s and I absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely be back.

Was perfect for a girls weekend get away! Very comfortable beds, sheets, blankets, couches etc. Was spacious, yet homey! Had ton of supplies, kitchen items, games etc. The hot tub was a nice touch! Fire pit area was muddy, but that’s what you can expect when the snow melts. Overall a wonderful time and stay! Erica was extremely responsive and helpful!
