Its access is independent with a key box. 10 minutes' walk to the beach, and 5 minutes' drive (a good half-hour walk with a slope) to Deauville train station (3 km), a free private parking space is located in front of the building. This lovely 29 m2 studio, ideally located, can accommodate up to 3 adults - or a couple and 2 children (a large bed for 2 adults, a 2-seater sofa bed). A 7 m2 terrace overlooking gardens and a small balcony make it a very pleasant, open and bright space. Above all, the property is less than 50 meters from the beach and 400 meters from all the shops on Rue des Bains.
