The apartment is well located. Allows you to do anything on foot or almost. It's very functional. The room is quiet. The bathroom is nice. We had a nice stay. Thanks to Fatah.

Beautiful clean apartment, very quiet, beautiful view of the medina and the beach. Everything you need for cooking, A binder on the table gives all the recommendations, restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the functionality of all appliances. Flexible check-in with a lockbox system. Parking is a real plus. Highly responsive host. A beautiful place where I could come back, I love the beach so much.

Excellent, everything is superb and I want to point out that the access and the accommodation are really suitable for people with disabilities (not in wheelchairs of course) but my husband is disabled especially in the legs he was able to go up and down without difficulty and the living room is excellent, large kitchen area, really only happiness otherwise a royal calm and Guillaume a really human, pleasant, thoughtful host. You can really take this place without a second thought.

We had a lovely family weekend in this spacious apartment, with a beautiful view of the beach and the beautiful buildings of Houlgate. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (playground, shops, parking, train station, etc.) Very well equipped and well arranged. Clem the owner responds very quickly to any questions we may have. I will definitely be back!

Had a lovely stay at Nicolas's. When I arrived, Nicolas had left something to eat, nice touches. The bedding is of good quality as well as the linens. He was responsive during our various exchanges. The place is 20 m from the main street. The accommodation is easy to access and very well equipped. Not having to look for a parking space is a luxury. I will be sure to return to Nicolas's on my next visit to Cabourg. Thank you 🙏

Very nice apartment with an amazing view to the sea! Incredible sunsets to admire from the inside. The beach is literally right across from the apartment exit. This one is very well-equipped, the bedding is excellent and the cleaning is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

very nice stay, close to the city center (on foot) with bar and restaurant available. we will definitely come back to spend a weekend there. In addition, it allowed us to discover Honfleur, which is a beautiful city!

Beautiful, small apartment just a few minutes from the sea. Everything you need for a few days is there. It was also very clean. The highlight was of course the sauna in the room! There is plenty of parking in the street or by the sea in front. We recommend the place.

Apartment in all respects in accordance with the description and photos. The location is great for accessing restaurants and activities. The balneo is great, very comfortable, bigger than it looks! Note that given the location, there is inevitably a little noise at night, but again, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm of this street, given its proximity to the city center. In short, I highly recommend!

We loved this 70s-style home, tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained. The jacuzzi was a real plus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Helene’s place was perfect for our time in Cabourg. It is a lovingly restored building from the Belle Epoque era of the 1800’s. No details were missed and the interior design is spot on. Caroline was who communicated with us and she made our stay very comfortable. Cabourg is a lovely seaside village under the radar for most Americans. We enjoyed our time and would happily book this place again. My husband and I are touring cyclists. This lodging had our necessary requirements, secure storage for our bikes and walkable to everything. It was that and so much more!!! If you book it, you won’t regret it.
