Lucio the host was very friendly, easy to communicate and accommodated all of our needs. He recommended us great places to eat, drink and points of interest to visit. If we ever needed anything, he was so quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who visits. Everything is walking distance. Apartment in perfect Tuscan style. Cleanliness is exceptional and private parking is very convenient. Host available. Close to the highway, but a quiet and peaceful area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Futura was the best host ever! This was the perfect location for day trips to numerous towns — we did one or two a day. It was perfect walking 5 minutes into Monticchiello every morning for coffee and croissant. There were some amazing restaurants in Monticchiello and Pienza too. The apartment is a good size, equipped with everything you need including laundry facilities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment was amazing! Very centrally located with a great terrace and stocked with everything you need and so many little extras! Being able to park at their farm made it super easy to get out and explore the area. You will not find better hosts than Leonie and Nico. They were super responsive and I really appreciated Leonie making all of our dinner reservations. The activities they recommended were the best! Especially a not to be missed experience at Caseificio Piu! This is a very special place and we will definitely be back.

Great apartment centrally located in Montepulciano. Hosts were great communicators and instructions were clear. Lots of restaurants, view look outs and bars all walkable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in Italy for 11days; Florence, Montepulciano and the Amalfi coast. Mere’s home was our favorite accommodation by far. The apartment was spotless, she left us local wine and flowers, and she was incredibly gracious in welcoming us to her home. She made winery tour recommendations (DeRicci cellar was amazing), and she made dinner reservations for us. She was more responsive and helpful than any host I’ve ever had in an air bnb. The location was walking distance to the city center, and just a car ride away from the Brunello center of wine country. I can’t recommend this place strongly enough.

Very perfect experience, the decoration in the room can feel the host's care.Each room has its own private garden, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset views from the homestay.Excellent location, close to Siena, convenient to go to Pienza, highly recommended!

Eo has a gem of a place in the ❣️of Florence. The place was delightful and the garden terrace a bonus with jacuzzi. It was clean, lovely linens - the mattress was not my favorite but after great wine & pasta, pfff… I recommend for business or pleasure!

Matteo, Neri, and Alessandra went above and beyond for us on this trip. We had an issue with our stay elsewhere and they helped us in every way to make it smooth for us for stay in our apartment. They even helped us move to another one as well. We are truly grateful. The apartment itself is everything you would want. Super spacious, clean and comes with all the amenities (full working kitchen and all the basic things you would need). There’s also an elevator which is a huge plus! The view is amazing as well. We can see the Ponte Vecchio and with the doors closed, it is still very peaceful and quiet. Location is the best in Florence in my opinion. It’s close to everything without being in the huge crowds. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Matteo! We hope to be back soon!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Very modern and high-tech decoration, spacious rooms, and well-equipped kitchen. Parking is convenient in the yard in front of the building. I like the coffee shop nearby. On the morning of our arrival, he sent us a very detailed check-in guide, including how to get the entry key, how to park, and how to use the heating and shower facilities. He responded to messages very quickly and the communication was very smooth. Highly recommended

Antoniatta and her husband are very kind and friendly. We had a good time in there, she prepared a cute baby bed for our son, he loved sleeping in there. We got cold nights, but she provided a portable radiator that made our room warmer for our baby. The access to Siena city center is very easy with buses all the time, the walk to the bus stop is around 15 minutes (a but dangerous, because it is a road, but fine if you are careful). I recommend her place. Thanks
