Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Torre Vado

A beautiful apartment in a rare location in the lovely old town: on a quiet side street with rare passers-by. I really felt like I could have a taste of local lifestyle, having my coffees by the open doors and putting the trash out in the evenings like the locals do. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful amenities provided. A small beach for morning swims and amazing jogging/hiking paths just steps away while staying in town.

We had such a lovely time at the villa, my family and I thought that it was a superb place to stay. The layout, design and the pool area was fabulous. It was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations. Giurdignano itself was a wonderful village and we were made to feel very welcome there. The people at the local restaurant, sports bar, bakery and supermarket (and the tourist office which organised bikes for us) were fabulous. Special mention to Marcel who worked at the supermarket and restaurant, he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable… and was excellent at wine recommendations. Emanuela and her husband Flávio were on hand immediately when we occurred a power shortage.. all sorted very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay! Boris was a very kind host, very responsive and helpful. The house is very nice, clear of clutter, the bedrooms are very large and comfortable, the beds and linens are nice. Good array of appliances and amenities. The internet was good and stable. The live and dried plants are a lovely detail of the house! The outdoor spaces are very nice as well. Even though you can't really walk to the beach, the location was great for driving to different towns and beaches. The garden was lovely to enjoy, great fruit trees, and the cats kept to themselves and didn't bother us. Excellent value for money, and a lovely holiday! Mille graze Boris + Giorgia! :)

The stay in the house of Iacopo in Otranto will be an unforgettable memory. The house is located in the middle of the historical center of the city with proximity to everything you want. Good restaurants literally right outside the door. Beaches that encircle the city with lovely crystal clear sea, and a very cozy town with cramped alleys and streets within the walls of the old fort. We stayed for 3 weeks and really felt at home! The roof terrace which is perfectly south/west facing and in the shelter of wind was a huge plus. Here we could enjoy the sun from morning to evening. With barbecue and views over the rooftops of Otranto's old center. Thank you so much to Iacopo for a great stay, he is the perfect host. We will be more than happy to come back to your house!😀

From the coffee pods and fresh water upon arrival to the final greeting, Donato and Lucia were wonderful hosts; they were also extremely flexible on both check-in and check-out. The house was very clean and tidy, very spacious for two people and equipped with brand new furniture. The location is central in Taviano and there is always space for the car in the side streets; also if you do not have a car the station is a 5-minute walk.

Oh the views! Rental is amazing, photos don’t do it justice! The top floor apt is large and well furnished. The grounds are gorgeous all these beautiful stone walkways taking you towards the spectacular view. Pool is small but refreshing and we walked down to the Grotto and rented a chair and umbrella at the huge pool there. You can access the sea too from the house although a steep walk. AC is cold and fantastic we slept great! Can’t recommend enough we’ll be back for sure. Thanks to Paolo for being so helpful and gracious.

Great place to stay to use as home base. Quiet little town but 15 minutes or so in any direction and there is a fabulous caffé, beach, restaurant etc. The courtyard is fabulous. The kitchen well equipped. Great water pressure in the shower. Very responsive host. Description matches the listing.

The apartment is beautiful and has a huge terrace with a table and loungers (great for eating out on sunny days). The neighborhood is very quiet and at a short distance you can find a little of everything: the supermarket is 30 meters away and just beyond there is a high quality pastry shop that Andrea recommends. In short, it was a beautiful experience for us and the day I return to Lecce I book here again.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this house is with stunning sea views. Ada and her husband Francisco met us and made us feel very welcome. This was one of our highlights in Italy.

Great house with a great outdoor area. Unfortunately, the temperatures for the season were very low and there was a lot of wind, which is why we couldn't use the outdoor area... Beatrice is an excellent host, always easily accessible and very generous! We will be happy to return in the summer!

We've been excited about Airbnb for years, but this house and these hosts…. It was just a dream! A pure place of longing that is maintained with so much love and passion! We would immediately spend months there at any time and we will remember it for years! Thank you

Absolutely stunning house! The interiors were beautiful and the pool and outdoor space was great for relaxing. So many bedrooms to fit our group of 18, with nearly every bedroom having its own ensuite! Would recommend. Thank you Maria!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

We had a fantastic stay at Fabrizio's. He is a great host, We stayed in this house for the second time and felt totally comfortable. It's such a beautiful property and has everything you need. We will be back soon.

Lucia's house is tastefully furnished and very beautiful with quality amenities the sheltered terrace in front is very pleasant as well as the beautiful courtyard at the back out of sight and in the quiet sun a pure happiness
