Aldo is a genius. He picked us up at the train station, which was 10 minutes from the accommodation. We arrived in the afternoon and he gave us a beautiful snack with wine. He was always very attentive and responded quickly to my concerns. It was a super necessary stay. I would come back without thinking.

the apartment, in addition to being very clean and tidy, has an optimal location: near the center of Soverato, within walking distance of a free but not very crowded beach, which allows you to relax and fully enjoy your stay. The view from the balcony and window is priceless. Francois was very kind, punctual and exhaustive. 5 stars

Great place in Soverato, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Good location and easy parking in a big parking lot just around the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very responsive and available and made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again! Great value, thank you, everything was perfect!

We had a great time at Giovanna’s place. Very central and new location. Could still use a touch more amenities but overall a great stay. Will come back

Gaetano is very kind and helpful. The place is perfect for a family with two children or three adults. It is immediately next to the Corso and a few minutes walk from the waterfront and the beach.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

We stayed at this beautiful apartment with my family for a week. We were surprised by the first contact we had with the owner of the property always available and with clear directions. We felt really comfortable as if we were family,the area is quiet and overlooks a beautiful sea, parking is always available and there are many restaurants and many activities within walking distance. I can only recommend and congratulate Mattia and her father two great people and wish all the best. We will definitely be back

Maria and Dora were very kind and proactive in their communication. Always available and empathetic towards us. Maria is a perfect host. The accommodation is in a somewhat inconvenient area as it is in a courtyard that directly overlooks a fairly fast-moving road, but you can easily get everywhere by car.

The house is very nice and tastefully furnished and enjoys a beautiful sea view. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach, the sea is not immediately deep but degrades gently and is great for children. Host Sabrina and her husband Alessandro were always very available for any need, they have another apartment in the same village and this was very helpful.

The place is very comfortable to be in Isola for a few days. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness and tidiness, they are excellent. Thank you very much for staying with us!

The residence was recommended to me so I didn't scrutinize the listing as I should. The apartment is certainly clean, comfortable, and spacious but I failed to notice that the listing says the unit does not have WiFi. It turns out we didn't stay inside very much anyway but the lack of WiFi limited what we could do while in the room. Otherwise, the location is great, right beside a park and a few hundred feet from a pedestrian avenue with bars and restaurants. It was also very quiet.

The place is beautiful. The accomodation itself was fantastic and newly renovated but it was Maria and Vincenzo’s hospitality that made this stay so memorable. Having the two as hosts for the weekend was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. It’s truly something special to unexpectedly stumble upon such warm and welcoming people on your travels.

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

The stay at Alberto and Gabriella's exceeded expectations. In addition to the absolutely strategic location for visiting the surroundings and the property rich in details and tastefully furnished, the added value is the hosting, the attention they reserve. We were lucky enough to have dinner at the property on the day of our arrival and what can I say? Dinner was really a treat, too. The two-room apartment solution proved to be a winner for our needs! A round of applause for the daily cleaning of the apartment, a very welcome service! When we return to the area, we won't be able to help but stop here again.

I had an amazing stay in Ruggero thanks to Egidio and his family. His mother, Rosa is very friendly and always available for anything you need. The house is large and spotlessly clean with everything you need in the kitchen to easily prepare all your meals. The location is perfect if you like peace and quiet and it is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. There is a mini-market very close to the house, but you do need a car to get around and to travel easily to explore the beauty of Calabria. I really definitely return.

Spent a quick two nights at Monica’s place in Cosenza. Everything was great. Comfortable bed and linens. Very very clean. The location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Monica was fantastic and super kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

Wonderful location of the accommodation with sea views and very close to the center. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner available and easy to communicate. Thanks again, see you soon!

The house is very nice, well-kept and very clean. It is located a stone's throw from the sea and the parking space is very comfortable. Accurate and punctual communication. Absolutely recommended!
