Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

Emanuela was an amazing host. I was greeted upon my arrival to ensure the house was introduced in the most professional way I’ve ever experienced. The beauty of the home was truly understated. Emanuela gave recommendations for restaurants to both the best risotto and best croissants I’ve ever had. This has been my favorite stay in Italy.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.

PRO + Good location, heated pool, enough loungers, outdoor kitchen, grill, ice cube machine, enough kitchen utensils, restaurants nearby, shopping nearby, 5 min to the beach, scooter and bike rental around the corner, part of the price returned due to broken air conditioning CONTRA - Roof in the outdoor kitchen and terrace not tight and no possibility to use in the rain, unfortunately no sleeper to keep the pool clean, air conditioning on the ground floor broken and only repaired on the last day, communication a little staring We would come back and would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We stayed at Stefania for a weekend looking for relaxation away from the chaos of Milan. The property is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtful: Stefania personally makes sure everything is clean and tidy. Although it was still not warm enough to use the pool, we enjoyed the barbecue, the billiards, and moments of true relaxation by the bathtub. The spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are tastefully furnished and designed to ensure maximum comfort. Great value too. Stefania was very kind, always available and flexible even for check-in. We will definitely be back!

The house, the view, the garden - everything, was amazing! We were seven adults and four small children and the house was just perfect. So beautiful. All the children were provided with baby cribs and chairs. The communication was perfect. I would truls recommend staying here and hope to come back myself. We came to Vicenza with train and could easily walk (and go by taxi) between the city and the villa. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

It was great. An extraordinary location with great charme. The castle looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is lovely. It comfortably fits 8 people and the garden is huge. Ada is a great host, who responds right away and gives great recommendations. She lives next door with her dogs and is always available in case of questions. It was great!

The place was clean and tidy with a spacious patio and living area. In the evening we were blown away by the beautiful view of the Sečovlje salt pans from the terrace. The sound insulation of the walls and ceiling could be better.

After various hotel stays in near by cities, we looked forward to visiting Katis home. The house does not disappoint ! The rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable . There are two and a half baths with fabulous showers. The kitchen is well appointed and convenient for cooking. The WiFi worked well and the living room was spacious to relax and watch TV. There is a beautiful outdoor space for eating and lounging around the pool, which was pristine. There is even an outdoor shower. It was a private setting with a quick walk to a wonderful restaurant named Orca . It is a few minutes drive to one of the most wonderful towns I have ever been to, Rovinj . I look forward to one day returning as I loved her home and love the people and country of Croatia.

The villa was immaculate and as described. Artur had really thought of everything so we didn’t “want” for anything. Great location close to the harbour and near some great restaurants. Arturs recommendations were followed and we enjoyed eating out in the area. A fantastic holiday in a beautiful part of Croatia.

Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)
