Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

Carlo and Elena made sure that we felt at home right away. The welcome was the best you could ask for. The place is beautiful and clean and very comfy. They gave us a lot of tips for the area. And surprised us multiple times with delicious treats. We will be back for sure.

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

Very nice House and Pool!

We enjoyed our vacation in Jeroen's lovely house for 2 weeks. Jeroen is a very attentive, likeable host: from the videos in preparation for your stay to tips for excursions and all kinds of practical matters. The house is clean and equipped with everything. Nearby are beautiful walks. Cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence are a bit of a drive, but well worth it. The most special thing about our stay was the place of the house. The view is really fantastic! We greatly enjoyed the garden of the view, the silence, the ever-changing skies, the church bells of the villages in the distance... We will definitely be back!

Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

Lara is an incredibly nice person, she communicates well, and was incredibly helpful during the check-in. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. The garden is sprawling with enchanting views. You can go hiking in the area, I highly recommend it here in San Luigi. The weather didn't work out at all, but it was still a very nice vacation. Thank you so much for your service.

Very nice property close to everything but far enough to have a quiet stay. Nice view, garden and pool. Monica made us dessert which was a plus.

We arrived in Terrinca in the spring of 2025, to get to know the town from which my great-grandfather emigrated 150 years ago. The house was recently restored and is equipped to meet any need. Its terrace has a magnificent view of the mountains and is in front of a church built in the 9th century. Terrinca is a special town because of its rich history. In addition, it allows access to the whole of Versilia, its mountains, chestnut forests and beaches. But above all, the host, Carla, stands out. Always attentive to her guests and with a very special human warmth. We will definitely be back.

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

we had a great time at the house of Sabrina and Massimo! the place is nicely renovated and has a very cosy feeling to it. The views from the garden were spectacular and it was nice and quiet in the area. it felt like an little Italian paradise. We really enjoyed the eggs and salad that Massimo gave us. They are both very friendly, helpfull and very quick to respond. Despite the colder weather, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)
