Old Market is a great place and lots of fun but not quiet on Friday and Saturday nights.

Too much to do in the short time we were there. One day. Way better than any hotel booking could offer. Would recommend for any chi events.

I loved staying here it was honestly really nice except for 2 things, there were a few small pieces of popcorn on the couch which I assumed meant it wasn’t fully clean but I didn’t mind that much since there weren’t many. The other thing was the water in the sink got really hot but the shower and bath water only got pretty warm not really hot enough to be a comfortable shower. But overall an amazing very worth it place to stay.

If you are visiting Omaha, this is the perfect location. Located right in the Old Market area everything is literally right outside your door. The apartment was as described and it is super helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit for longer stays (detergent and dryer sheets included!). The only downside to this apartment, which isn't Elizabeth's fault, is that the unit we stayed in overlooked an alley. that in itself isn't horrible until the first early morning when the garbage trucks show up to dump the numerous dumpsters located in the alley. I would definitely recommend this apartment and location to anybody looking for the perfect place to stay when in Omaha!

This place was the perfect location for our trip. Old Market is a fun neighborhood with a lot to do and most options can be walked to. Check-in and check-out were very easy and Elizabeth gave clear and detailed instructions about what to expect.

I have stayed at several of the owners locations and am always pleased. From the ease of check-in to the quick responses we always have a good visit. This visit I made a mistake when scheduling by reserving an upstairs unit when we needed ground floor and they quickly moved me to one that met our needs. Thank you Penny for such a quick response and for being so helpful.

We had a great stay! Plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 kids.

The place was even better than I expected! It was the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed it. The only thing I think guests should know before booking this exact loft is that there aren’t any windows in the entire place. The window to the atrium, which is basically an office space, is completely enclosed without any natural light. The location is wonderful, and there is a lot of places for food and coffee within one block.

Close to stores such as Ross , TJMax, & a Kroger

This was our second time staying here. Everything was as good as the first. Clean and comfortable.

Jerry was a great host and his place was exactly as advertised we’ll definitely stay there on our next visit.

I am actually a “neighbor “ (live in the area) whose plumbing needed an emergency replacement and I use Maximilian’s as a refuge…..it was great!

No complaints! Loved how close it was to the ATT stadium. Although i wasn’t there for a football game, it definitely got me in the mood for some sports. Could definitely see myself returning with the bros for some Sunday games!

I always stay here when I visit Stillwater. Great place to stay!

The hosts were all very upfront about their property and what they offered. I also appreciated how quickly they responded to questions and how easy they were to work with.

Very run down, but J was honest and upfront prior to arrival so we expected it. J was very responsive and room was clean. Definitely over priced, but everywhere priced gouged rooms due to concert. I do wish check out time was later than 9:45am, most places check out at 11:00am. Overall, we were fine with it.

I enjoy staying here. Always friendly staff and are there when you need them. I’ve also gotten to know a few other residents and they are super nice as well!
