We stayed here for our first time in Slovenia and it felt like such a cozy home the moment we walked in through the doors! Eva was so lovely and provided wonderful instructions every step of the way. The neighborhood was peaceful and only a half hour walk down to Lake Bled. We absolutely loved our stay and it all came down to the little things: the heated tile flooring, the wood burner, towel warmer, the delicious wine, and on and on! Would recommend staying here 5⭐️

Vielen lieben Dank an Tomi. wir waren übers Neujahr eine Woche zu Besuch zwei Familien insgesamt 5 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder. ausreichend Platz für alle, Küche groß genug mit allem was dazugehört: Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, wie in der Beschreibung. der große Ofen ist das Highlight: selbstgemachte Pizza backen, Brot und Fleisch wurde im großen Ofen in der Küche zubereitet. die Nachbarn haben wir selten gesehen aber wenn haben wir uns immer begrüßt. wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, er konnte im abgesperrten Garten toben. im großen Gemeinschaftszimmer gibt es einen zusätzlichen Kamin für die kalten Tage. die Badezimmer sind sauber, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine im Keller. das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen aber wird instandgehalten, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, sollte etwas fehlen, ist Tomi zur Stelle! der See ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. ein gut ausgestatteter Spielplatz ist ca 7 min zu Fuß entfernt mit Fußball Feld. Nous sommes venus pour un séjour familial. La maison est parfaitement équipée, vaste, les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. Les salles de bains parfaites, très propres. La cuisine contenait une vaisselle importante (pour une fois nombreux couverts, verres et assiettes) ainsi que le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Également dans le jardin avec un évier extérieur. Le jardin est grand, comporte beaucoup de mobiliers de jardin et une belle terrasse couverte (magnifique le soir avec son éclairage). La place de parking longe la maison. Un super séjour avec des conseils très pertinents et une réactivité de Barbara et Ludvik. L'entrée de l'autoroute n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres et Logatec qui est proche propose tous les magasins nécessaires au quotidien. Un séjour parfait

La maison est superbe : un environnement calme, au bord d'un ruisseau et a proximité de la rivière et des lieux à ne pas manquer : la Soča, Tolmin et ses gorges, Kobarid, le beau lac de Most Na Soci. Les équipements étaient parfaits, il ne manquait rien, et la déco est de très bon. la clim est un gros plus car nous sommes arrivés sous 34°. et le jacuzzi permet des beaux moments de détente. N'hésitez pas à séjourner ici ! Merci pour ce super séjour, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Paul was a great host, when we first met him, he gave some great advice for on local attractions and places to eat, he went above and beyond in sorting out a parking fine we unfortunately received during our stay in Bled. I recommend staying at Paul’s place especially if you have a larger group and want some space.

Sisters Simenc was wonderful. I liked the balance of being close enough to walk into town, but far enough away there wasn’t a lot of traffic. There’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer to cut down on walking. We had a number of activities planned, and several of them were less than 10 minutes from the apartment (bike rental, boat rental, grocery store, restaurants). A couple of our plans required meeting at the main bus stop, which is either a lovely walk along the lake or a short bus trip (parking in Bled hard to find). Boris and Tatiana were very friendly, loaned us beach towels and made fresh bread almost every day and offered us some produce from their garden! The apartment was very clean and cozy, amazing water pressure in the shower, and we enjoyed cooling off in the air conditioning on hot days. We didn’t cook a lot, but for 2 people, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had the very best time and our accommodations were part of what made our trip so enjoyable!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

The apartment was marwellous! We had here 4 nights with our kids. View with the mountains was excellent! it is a trully calm place! there are many spots nearby you can visit. The river just next the house is also very beautiful. Ivan was a very helpful and kind host, helped us a lot with suggestions. When we were a bit cold, he also brought us an other heating system. This way, everything was just perfect!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und waren alle total begeistert von der Unterkunft. Wir haben noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Airbnb erlebt. Es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-In hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

We stayed in Urška's accommodation for a week with 12 people. She provided the entire accommodation (i.e. all four flats), although we would have had enough space in three of the flats. That was very positive because we had so much space. Urška's accommodation was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable! At the time of our stay it was winter and we mainly went hiking in the surrounding area and also spent a day in Ljubljana. Everything was easy to reach by car, which can be parked directly at the accommodation without any problems. There are also several places to eat close to the accommodation, which are also within walking distance. The stay was great without any restrictions!

Capodanno trascorso in 14 persone. Spazi veramente ampi e accoglienti, salotti con posto per tutti e cucine super accessibili. Camere da letto comode e capienti. Host fantastico, super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e reattivo! Zona veramente molto tranquilla, piccolo paesino con gita ai monumenti di Caporetto molto facilmente raggiungibili. Wir haben die bayerischen Herbstferien im Haus von Mateja verbracht. Das Haus mit drei schön eingerichteten und hellen Schlafzimmern und einem tollen Wintergarten hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Weil der Wintergarten so toll war, sind wir sehr lange dort geblieben obwohl wir einen oder anderen Ausflug geplant haben. ^^; Mateja ist super nette, proaktive und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Hoffentlich dürfen wir wieder kommen.

It was an amazing place, huge house with plenty of room for everyone. The host was super friendly, response time was really quick and helpful. All the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Just the location mentioned on the Airbnb website was different than the actual one, so the distance to the slope was a but further. But still close and easy accessible with a car.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location in the woods and mountains is amazing, and the jacuzzi was very nice. The host (and her family) were very friendly and helpful. The location is very remote, so be prepared for an adventurous road trip; especially if you arrive after dark.
