My stay at this Airbnb was the total difference on this trip. Adriana is an incredibly generous and attentive host, she not only welcomed me warmly, but also showed great empathy and support during a difficult trip and time for me. The level of kindness and hospitality shown made me feel truly accompanied by a friend. Their willingness to provide exceptional support, including my pet, really made a difference. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, it is clean, spacious, well located, in a quiet and guarded building, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I deeply appreciate your kindness. Definitely a memorable experience.

We really enjoyed staying here. The square and the area are great. the view from the apartment and from the terrace are wonderful and a huge added value. the apartment is comfortable, clean, and a pleasure to be in. The bed is nice. this place is also very centrally located to lots of restaurants and to the Metro (we took the metro everywhere!) Many of the close restaurants are not necessarily classic in terms of local food, but you don't have to go far to find those as well. I would mention something that is not even a negative, but just something people should know. The restaurant below does at times run its exhaust fan, and so the noise can be a mild annoyance. It's not deafening, but if you want to listen to the birds and the city (often music coming from the park) it covers that up.

Amazing appartement with a huge confortable bed, fully equipped kitchen..super clean..The wifi was great too and the area is surrounded by a lot to see ..lot to do ..great coffee shops too..we 've been there almost 2 months and had a great time.

It was a great location, walking distance to everything. The place was very clean. All the staff at the front office was very professional.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

We really enjoyed this apartment with the incredible view. We love the neighborhood and found many great restaurants that were walkable or a short Uber away. We would stay at Laura’s place again and recommend to others.

We really liked the airbnb, the cleaning service included was a great plus! The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet. The only thing to improve is the hot and cold water, which is a little intermittent, otherwise everything is very good

Great location, steps from Reforma. We went for a procedure at the embassy and took the opportunity to do some sightseeing. The apartment is comfortable, clean (impeccable!), well decorated, with a balance between modern and artistic that makes it feel like home. It has everything: you just unpack, fill the fridge and you're all set. Everything worked perfectly: water, WiFi, kitchen, lighting. Hector was a great host, attentive and flexible with early check-in. The lobby staff was very friendly, they helped us with orders and access. The area is safe and well connected. Only detail: the building has thin walls and you can hear noise from pets and neighbors, something beyond the host's control. Even so, we left with a great experience and would definitely come back. Recommended if you are looking for location, comfort and excellent service. Thank you, Hector, for your hospitality. You can tell when everything is done with care. Highly recommended.

The location of this place is perfect. The building’s common areas are very clean and I appreciated the rooftop with lounge chairs and tables. Very safe neighborhood and front door to building has a security code. The apartment was exactly as described. Very functional and very comfortable. I was in an inside courtyard so no street noise. If neighbors open their windows into the courtyard one does beat them as it bounces off the courtyard but nothing so disturbing.the building cleaners are very helpful. Beds and linens towels good quality. Water pressure good and hot water always available. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a true gem... It's a brand new beautifully designed apartment with unparalleled light. Casement windows surround the twin living rooms, with two patios, two bathrooms, two bedrooms... We loved staying here... And Andrea was an amazingly responsive and helpful host.

Amazing place that was only surpassed by an unbelievable location and an amazing, responsive host. Will definitely return as well as recommended.

Access is a bit tedious because it is somewhat inclined, many Ubers canceled us because of that. But it has a very large terrace and the sunset views are 10/10. As for the service, Lety was very kind:)

Highly recommended!!!!. Angel and his wife were on the lookout all the time, even calling if necessary, they didn't take anything to respond, which we really appreciate why he gave us more security. Located very close to the metro and the GNP stadium, it was ideal for walking and going to the GNP stadium without spending a lot on transportation (we were walking) The place is quite private and safe. We went down the street from the gas station, by the pedestrian bridge, so it's easier to get to the stadium and it's quite busy ;). The place is as it is in the photos, and they give you many amenities and facilities, you will not miss anything. I would definitely stay here again. Just to consider: It's on a fifth floor, you go up stairs. There is no fan but you won't be hot, opening the windows we had to tuck up. It was a very pleasant experience, and we didn't have any problems, definitely don't hesitate to choose this place.

My stay was very comfortable! The accommodation complies with the entire description of the listing and the location connects very well with public transport, shops, street markets and Walmart. The tranquility in the building, lighting and the area to work in the loft allowed me to concentrate on remote work. The WiFi and water pressure were always good, and Jaime was very attentive to all communication. I highly recommend this place.
