Vacation rentals with beach access in Tiranë

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant“ Aromë Deti“ direkt am Strand. Wir haben täglich Fisch gegessen. Das einzige was uns fehlte , war eine Kaffeemaschine. Ansonsten war alles prima. Danke nochmals

Egnisa’s place was amazing with stunning views which made me fall in love with Durres. She is extremely responsive.Apartment is right by the beach, you can enjoy the sun from the balcony overlooking the beach. We took long walks down the beach , get back to the apartment and go downstairs for a meal. It’s conveniently located. There is an entire band of different restaurants by the seaside (downstairs from the apartment). Amazing restaurants with different pricing ranges that will suit everyone’s budget and experienced the friendliest people.There are many grocery shops “markets” where you can buy food to cook, souvenirs, alcohol,etc, Egnisa has an equipped kitchen so we could also make our own meals on some days. I would recommend Egnisa’s place to anyone visiting Durres.

Endri is a perfect host! Helped us with any issue that we had and did a tour around the city. It was so nice to have communications with him, really open minded and honest person. Apartment is clean and warm, “home feeling”, was a pleasure to stay at your’s place. Has restaurants and bakeries next to(and this is not a tourist season, so during summer - even more. We enjoyed so much, thanks a lot!

Fantastisk lejlighed. Elskede min morgenkaffe på balkonen med udsigt over havet. Det samme med solnedgangen. Lejligheden har alt det vi som familie manglede. Superhurtigt wifi, hvilket vores børn elsker. Vi ankom 30 minutter senere end vi havde aftalt, fordi der var problemer med at få vores lejebil. Selv om vi ankom 23:30 blev vi modtaget hjerteligt. Vores værter var fantastiske. Vi har kun godt at sige. Vores bedste anbefalinger til kommende gæster.

Xhulia was an excellent host! She helped us throughout our stay and was very responsive at all times. The flat was clean and matched the photos. The walk to the beach was short and there were many grocery stores and restaurants right around the corner. 😊

Keliana’s place was very nice and cozy. The balcony had space for several people and we enjoyed our meals mostly outside in the balcony. The air conditioners made us forget about the heat outside. The sea is 5 minutes walk, where we also enjoyed plenty of cafes, restaurants and music. I will come back again ✅

Top Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Obst und Gemüseverkäufer jeden Morgen vor dem Haus, Strand in 50m entfernt. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Echt klasse, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub :-)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Emi‘s großen und hellen Wohnung – der Aufzug war gerade mit Gepäck ein echter Pluspunkt. Alles war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Bett war super gemütlich – perfekt für erholsame Nächte. Das Highlight war definitiv der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser direkt von der Wohnung aus war einfach unschlagbar. Unser Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Besonders das Restaurant Fluctus, das er uns empfohlen hat, war ein absoluter Volltreffer – super Essen in toller Atmosphäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

It was a pleasure to stay at Rovenas place for a long weekend with my family. We all leave abroad with our parents living in Albania so for us time together as a complete family is precious and staying at Rovenas place made it feel like home. She was also very clear with instructions, very responsive, proactive and always happy to help. She suggested a great local restaurant. The place is as shown on photos with the spacious terrace being the highlight and feels peaceful especially at this time of the year. Loads of coffee places, restaurants etc nearby with the beach being less than 5 min walk. We are particularly grateful to Rovena for extending the check out time and accommodating our proposed time. We left with great memories and hope to be back soon one day. Thank you Rovena.

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in grundsätzlich gepflegter Anlage. Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, so dass es sehr wenig andere Gäste in dem Valamar-Komplex gab und der Strand abschnittsweise verwahrlost wirkte (Müllproblem). Es waren immerhin noch zwei Restaurants geöffnet, so dass wir auch abends versorgt waren, wenngleich die Küche im Apartment auch alle Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung bietet. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Heerlijk ruim huisje in alle rust. Een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en ook op loopafstand een heerlijk restaurant aan zee. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en raden het ook echt aan!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Flori‘s Unterkunft. Flori war jederzeit erreichbar und alles hat super funktioniert. Auch die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern vorzufinden. Von diesem Standpunkt aus konnten wir jeden Tag super Tagestrips unternehmen und so Albanien entdecken. Da wir außerhalb der Saison vor Ort waren, war das Resort überwiegend geschlossen. Ein Restaurant „Triumf 2“ war geöffnet und die Aufbauarbeiten für die Saison haben gerade begonnen (Strand Aufbereitung etc.). Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. :)

The place was really nice and spacious.. close to the beach and lots of supermarket and mini markets.. really good location

Ev sahibi ve ailesi dost canlısı, misafirperver bir şekilde karşıladı bizi. Eksik yoktu, evimizde gibi hissettik.

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

I had a wonderful stay. Flat is well equipped and the beach is great. host is responsive and very helpful. ✅☀️

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.
