Close to the beach and the pool - nice to have a parking spot. Lots of restaurants nearby.

A great place, especially after the season - right on the beach and promenade, plenty of restaurants, and any good food. Balcony revelation - comfortable armchairs and sea view and sunset in the evening. Even if you don't leave the house, you use it. At home: super comfy sofa, bed in bedroom, spacious bathroom. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is neat and nice. When we had questions, the owner responded quickly. We rested, it was fun!

Great apartment. Loved my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Same with the sunset. The apartment has everything we as a family was missing. Super fast wifi, which our kids love. We arrived 30 minutes later than we had agreed because there were problems getting our rental car. Even though we arrived at 11:30 pm, we were warmly received. Our hosts were great. We only have good things to say. Our top recommendations for upcoming guests.

Highly recommend. Spend the long weekend here, and it provided everything the group needed, from the market on the first floor of the building, and varieties of restaurants and bars in the boulevard. Highly recommend! Mrika, thank you and we will see you soon ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at Liza's apartment! The check-in process was incredibly smooth thanks to her detailed instructions, and the apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. I truly appreciated Liza's hospitality and the effort she put into making everything easy for guests. She was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

Top location, wonderful view from the balcony, great restaurants nearby, fruit and vegetable vendors every morning in front of the house, beach in 50m away. Several supermarkets near. Really great, we had a wonderful holiday :-)

I was last week and the cottage was better than my expectations. I advise it if you want to gather away from the noise and enjoy nature. Available all the right equipment to spend even more than a weekend. Thank you for your responsiveness and for the welcome gift.

Probably one of the view places in Golem that are still quite private and cosy. There is a walkway to the nearby beach where you can enjoy the sunset. The apartment is as described. It is clean. Since the house is surrounded by pines and other trees, obviously, be prepared for some mosquitoes. All windows have mosquito protection without any defects. Thus, just keep the door shut to keep the insects out of the apartment and remember to bring some mosquito spray for a relaxed time on the terrace. ;-) Rovena is a super host. Our extra wishes were no issue. The communication is perfect, immediate replies, friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Very nice and warm welcome from the host. The outdoor courtyard is wonderfully private and spacious. Thought of everything, for example, air conditioning, coffee and anti mosquito! The cottages are 15m from the beach. 2nd shower outside is nice for when you come off the beach.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

The host's parents who live right next door were absolutely lovely. We got fresh fruit from the garden and even a few pieces of the homemade cake. We were always taken care of. Apartment has a good location and was clean and quiet. We would come back.

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Great place to stay with amazing views, spacious and well equipped. Dhimitri was quick to respond and very helpful. Couple of grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy and tourism agency all within 1-3 min walk

Incredible stay! Before we arrived, the host was extremely responsive and helpful and answered all my questions. When we arrived, we were greeted to a lovely home a minutes walk to the beach with beautiful balconies we could sit out on and see the sea, both in the morning and afternoon as where they were placed. The place was clean and tidy, there was only 2 of us so it was pretty massive honestly! Would suit a lot more people than just the two of us. It was a beautiful place very close to lots of good restaurants and cafes. Would definitely recommend.

comunication with Erda was great, she always been very responsive and let us check in earlier, the apartment was lovely, exactly as described and had partial seaview from the balcony and it's only 1min away from the beach. There's lots of restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed staying here.

I spent two months in this apartment, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the balcony – a perfect spot to relax, with cozy furniture and an incredible view of the sea. The sunsets from here are absolutely stunning. There is also a store nearby that is open all year round, which is very convenient. Zana and her husband are incredibly kind and helpful hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. I hope to have the chance to stay here for an even longer period in the future.

What a great location and facility exceeded our expectations as was in perfect order. Rubin was readily available to address any questions and made our stay a perfect experience. Truly enjoyed out stay and hope to return. Great value and well kept secret!!!
